Room: At the minimum one would expect is cleanliness but absolutely unhygienic. Quite a shabby place. Everything is old and dirty. There were cockroaches all over. Cockroaches in a hotel! Noisy AC. Rude service person. Even worse than room was bathroom. Unclean toilets. Shower not working. This charges shouldn't be more than 500/- per night per room for this kind of hotel. But they charge similar to 3 star hotels. This is not even 1 star. I booked a room seeing decent rating on goibibo; seems like these could be paid ratings. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Don't book this hotel online.... We have booked room as it was available on all booking sites and when we reached there for check in they told no rooms available and ask us to contact customer care (Agoda). And when customer care person contact to hotel several time they have not answered his call. Also Receptionist reaction was very casual on this...

Rooms are average, location is best, good inhouse restaurant and service.. Price is decent but lil up compared to nearby options..

Need to focus more on room service , hygiene, cleanliness . They have listed themselves on all websites , but have limited staff . Towels , linen are very old and needs to be replaced Bathrooms are quite smelly , toiletries are very nominal. You get quite good rooms at this pricing I am not sure if they have changed something post our stay Mark review helpful if you find one as it motivates to write more reviews .

Great food and Great dining experience. We were about to book another hotel as we arrived at a different location but I think we made the right choice in the end. Only difficulty was when opening water tap. But still I'm giving 5 stars.

Breakfast experience for perfect..variety in food and fresh hot food served.. Special thanks to Shivanand for great service! we didn't get to stay in this hotel but we went here for breakfast daily.

Good hotel with neat & clean ambience. Outdoor & indoor sitting options are available. We were glad that we got the 1+1 beer offer. The hotel staff was very polite & attentive. Paneer tikka was fresh & testy. The quantity was enough for 2 people. Daal-khichadi was hot & really authentic with taste. Prices are reasonable.
