FabHotel Poona Residency - Hotel in Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune

FabHotel Poona Royal provides basic budget accommodation with a convenient location and polite staff. However, the stay experience may fall short for some guests due to the lack of an in-house kitchen, cleanliness issues, non-functional air conditioning, and the absence of essential toiletries.

Giving 4 stars as there is no in-house kitchen restaurant. Have to go out for every meal / order online. But suits a business visit. Need chairs with backrest in every room, which is a very basic necessity in a hotel room. Only the suites have chairs and other don't.

Although I stay here frequently, this time I was given a room in first floor where AC was not fully functional and compressor noise made my disturbed. Otherwise cleanliness is best

Stayed for one night with family and it was good . Rooms were neat and clean . Located at great location near to metro . Overall had good experience.

The Hotel located at a prime spot near MIDC, but surprised to see the conversation of room and level of service. Very small rooms, bathroom and even more tiny wash basin like only availableforthename sake, water found on the floor and insects found on bed. When informed to reception service personal visited and reacted like very normal situation. Surprised how the Hotel having such a great rating on Every social media platforms. Strongly recommend not to select this Hotel.

Worst nightmare in Pune City - Poona Royal Hotel !! - unclean rooms, bad room service, non-functional AC, intoxicated workers. Unsafe and unreliable for a family to stay.

I recently stayed at this property and had a very disappointing experience. Upon checking in, I discovered that the TV in my room was broken. Despite informing the hotel staff about the issue, they later tried to charge me extra money for the damage, claiming I was responsible. This accusation was completely unfounded, as the TV was already broken when I arrived. The staff's handling of the situation was unprofessional and unfair, which significantly marred my stay. I hope the management will address these issues to prevent future guests from facing similar problems.

The room was small, tidy, and clean, and it was well worth the money.
