Sentosa Resorts and Water Park

Our stay at Sentosa Resorts was truly wonderful. The rooms were well-maintained, the ambience was refreshing, and the hospitality was commendable. The food stood out - delicious and served with great variety. Overall, it was a value-for-money experience and absolutely worth it. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway near Pune.

I recently stayed at Sentosa Resorts and Water Park in Pune, and it was a decent experience overall. The room was clean and comfortable, definitely worth the price. The food was just average in taste, but the quantity was satisfying. The staff was polite and helpful, which added to the experience. If you're looking for a short getaway with good amenities, it's a recommended stay.

Went with family and friends to enjoy water park. Very good and approachable from bypass. Kids enjoyed the slides and wave pool much. Must visit if you want to enjoy the water park with family/kids.

We went for the water park. The charges are pretty cheap as compared to other water parks. The whole property is wheelchair accessible. Water park: The wave pool was open for 3 times during the whole day. 3 separate pools- 1st for the slides, 2nd for the water park setup, 3rd plain 4.5ft swimming pool. They have raindance that was open 3 times too. An artificial waterfall is placed in the corner. It had colder water so we couldn't stand there for long. But it was nice. There is space to sit on the sides n just dipping your feet in it. Waterfall was started just once though. Lifeguard: Multiple dedicated Lifeguards are present on the premises. They had people to manage the crowd and the tubes & mats(for the slides) Food: They provide lunch options at the ticket counter. We skipped that as we did not want heavy lunch. But there are other cheap options available in the premises- rolls, momos, chaats, cut fruits, burger, pasta etc. Shops: Swimming costumes are mandatory. There is shop inside with costumes, pool tubes, mobile covers etc. There are lockers for 100/- i think to keep your stuff safe. Changing and rest room: There are only 2 restrooms, so it might get busy. However, there are multiple changing rooms. Note: for those planning to enjoy whole day in the pool, do topup your sunscreen. We had a hard time, despite using spf 70 sunscreen, some of us did get sunburns.

This is ever most thirdclass waterpark i have seen in my life.... First I would say about the staff....rude thirdclass cheap bouncers they have kept who r so rude...they stopped one of my female relative coz she wore cotton tshirt....and told me he would take her out....I wanted to teach him a lesson....he was so aggressive, I could have shown him a way from where he has come...but thats the difference between him and Us... The person who is sending people on tubes from top is kicking the tubes like he is kicking peole that too with thirdclass laugh....he was not even bothering elderly...that was cheap....these people will immerse sentosa soon..... That thirdclass bouncer with cap n mask yesterday on 11th may should be kicked out by management and the one who is sending tubes he too...

The water park pool water is very very very verrryyy dirty , my entire family fell sick. If they clean it regularly could have been good but No ... its only good to get water borne diseases .

I am writing to express my disappointment with the experience at park during our recent visit. Unfortunately, multiple issues made our visit unpleasant: 1. Rude Behavior by Staff: The lady at the counter was extremely rude and unhelpful. Basic courtesy and professionalism were lacking. 2. Unhygienic Facilities: The washrooms had no water, and security irresponsibly directed little kids to a nearby hotel instead of resolving the issue. 3. Unsafe and Spoiled Food: The lunch box provided had a terrible odor and was clearly not fresh. Multiple guests complained, but the manager, Mr. More, refused to acknowledge the issue. 4. Unprofessional Management: When we raised concerns, the manager dismissively told us to "do whatever you can, make the worst review," which is unacceptable customer service. I hope your management takes this complaint seriously and makes immediate improvements to hygiene, food quality, and staff behavior. Otherwise, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter to the relevant consumer forums and authorities. Looking forward to your response.

Everything was good except one thing. The server was in such a hurry to wrap up plates that it was embarrassing. He removed the finger bowl even before we could finish cleaning up. He tried to take away plates while I had not finished eating. Did not like that. Apart from that all good.
