Super OYO SilverKey Bhumi World

My recent stay at Super Hotel O Bhumi world was deeply disappointing. For business purpose we came across this we didn't see the reviews and were suggested by OYO team , we were met with a series of unpleasant surprises. The room we were assigned was in a deplorable state--there was a condom packet left under the bed the room was just cleansed before we checked in , cockroaches scuttling around, and a washroom that was far from clean. To add to the discomfort, the air conditioning were non-functional, making our stay even more unbearable. It was also unsettling to observe that the hotel seemed to attract a crowd that was primarily there for brief encounters, which added to the overall discomfort and lack of privacy. This was far from the peaceful and welcoming environment we had hoped for. We strongly urge the management to address these issues and improve the standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and overall guest experience. Until then, we cannot recommend this hotel to others and OYO is loosing his brand.

Book at your own Risk. Please Don't book this hotel. No neatness, no cleaning, no complimentary support, no water provided even after mentioning the same in the booking list. Breakfast complimentary is only for name sake, they provide only Poha. Better Not to book. Actually I want to give zero star rating

"The two boys sitting at the reception in the morning at Super O Hotel, Bhumi World, are extremely rude. Additionally, the hotel lacks basic amenities like hand wash and towels in the rooms." "please remove those two boys from the reception as they are extremely rude."

The number which they have provided here is invalid I had booked them from official oyo app but to verify my booking and price when I reach at hotel the receptionist said me some different price when I tried to pay online the receptionist did something to the booking from her PC so that I would have to pay the amount she asked for I was left with no choice but pay for the booking the moment I entered the room it was unclean there was dust on bed a half eaten chocolate on side table the towel was used with mud on it I paid Rs.1400 for the room which the hotel said was delux one it was not even close to a normal 3 star room the hygiene was so bad their was tabacco spitting on curtains and bathroom walls oyo is supposed to be a pocket friendly stay with good quality but this is completely opposite to what they promise to provide .

Industrial Area - Zero Cleanliness - Worst Service - No Tissues at Room - Unhygienic Rooms. My Suggestion: Please better look for substitute option.

Worst to stay, Not available 3 star hotel , we had an urgent work so had to stay. Booked for 3 including me. Oyo customer executive said 3 seperate beds will be provided but when we entered the room it was on a double queen size bed. When I contacted the hotel reception she said we don't have separate beds and said she will provide a single mattress. The total amount paid for 3 persons for 1 night was INR 1612/-

The worst hotel I ever visited... Rooms are dirty. Washrooms are dirty. Bed is broken. Very poorly maintained. Price is higher side but facility is poor. Highly not recommended.

Excellent serviceMy experience of coming here was very good and the service here was amazing and I enjoyed eating the 8 inch chicken pizza. You will not get such a good pizza even at Domino's.
