We had a terrible experience at arowana divine. We had checked into the executive suite yesterday. As we had finished with out work early we planned to check out yesterday evening itself. The sardarji who's the manager there is a complete fraudster cheating customers. , he collected 6140 rs from us for which he refused to provide any form of receipt. The actual hotel price is not more 5000 per night which I got to know later.so he pocketed all the extra money hence he didn't want to provide the receipt. Mr Asis Chawla , please make a note of this and take action against him. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone . Sardarji was also very arrogant and became defensive when we asked for receipt . I tried looking for Asis contact details but couldn't find on the net. Do post it here so I can give a more detailed account of what happened

Excellent place to stay in Nanded. It's a quiet retreat with nice lawn and swimming pool. The owner is also considerate with our requests. The best part of this place is the food. The chef makes homely food on demand with fresh ingredients. No atale food like hotels. They served us in hotpots to keep the food warm during winter. This is unique the best service I have received. The service staff is prompt and tend to all our requests if feasible. They served us at poolside with food which was awesome. We had booked two rooms for a get together of our friends. Rooms are spacious, clean, newly renovated and well kept. Only downside was noisy highway near the property that some of us did not like due to honking of trucks at night. Location is outskirts and auro rickshaw tries to exploit that especially at night so your own vehicle is must. Otherwise Highly recommended and I will visit again.

Very close to Aasna river new bridge on Nanded-Hingoli road, near Honda showroom, in front of Indian Oil Petrol pump. With road construction ongoing, a little difficult to find the road to reach this place. About 200-300m from the main road, 24x7 security at the entrance gate, service staff available almost round the clock, most of the places in Nanded not too far. 5-6 cats can be parked easily, 3-4 can get covered parking. They have a kitchen with helpful and friendly staff. Entire villa is wooden with walls and flooring giving a premium feel. A big hall with a sofa/couch, dining table, big TV, fridge, a washroom attached to it. 4 individual bedrooms with two being very big and have extra space to sleep 4-5 people by climbing stairs from inside, every room had TV, AC, fan, wardrobe, decent sized bathroom. Staff is polite, friendly and helpful, they offer food but charge pretty high so we got our own food. Even zomato delivers here. Breakfast and tea is included, but don't expect many options for breakfast, a poha was served but was good in taste.

Beautiful premise with greenary, clean and well maintained swimming pool , spacious room and good service

Third class food, third class staff and 10km away from city. don't try this property. is se bahut kam price me city me 3 star hotel ke rooms buffet breakfast ke sath available hote hai. The Arowana devine matlab bewkoof banane ki machine.

Worst place Photos and actual are very different The management is very rude and non cooperating

Very poor quality food even not ediable,staff members are very rude,mis behaved,uncultured,they even enter the room with out knocking,location is very bad,aprrox 10 km away form city,in jungle,even there is no tea stall or pan centre,no buffet breatfast avalabile,on daily basis the managemet provide kachha aallo ka paratha and ghatiya poha,and after all that the room tarriff is so high,almost equal to 3 or 5 star hotel tarriff,very bad experience within all aspect,do not spoil your trip with this property.
