HOTEL SHIV RESIDENCY

Please dont send advance payment to hotel I am not going to hotel because some medical issue but they dont refund my money Taking your money

Rooms are clean. They gave blankets which were as thin as bedsheets and that too with too many holes. The staff behaves arrogantly and are of no help at all. They treat customers as if they are staying for free. The staff sleeps all night leaving the door bell ON. The customers have to then wake up when any new customer arrives in the night. Also another problem is there is lot of disturbance during the night as it is next to the highway

I called on hotel no for booking, I specifically asked them if they will provide hot bathing water for which they agreed. Next morning no one was responding and said nothing can be done

You are being served well here, If you want to talk about cleanliness then Cleanliness looks good here is this place is expensive? Not at all You will experience good services At the right rate

Good location and reasonable price... Staff is also polite... Rest are average
