Ekostay Caribbean Villa

Great property at reasonable price for a large group. Villa, rooms & pool were clean and well maintained. Since it's slightly isolated it's great option for loud party groups since it offers privacy without disturbing anyone. Service was decent, we appreciated the anti-mosquito fogger in the evening.

It's a good property. We booked the 2 BHK villa and it turned out to be extremely cozy and perfect for a group of friends to relax and unwind. It was worth the price. We would have appreciated that the marketing team could tell us certain rules on the call instead of a text message but overall it was a good stay.

It was a great experience.Being senior citizens we were taken good care of by Mr Satish and his family. The food cooked was delicious and suitable for the group.There were certain things which need to be corrected such as the no handles on the inner side of bathroom doors and some safety measures to be taken near the pool.Would certainly recommend family and friends to try this place for an outing.

We were 7 sr citizen women who stayed at the resort over the weekend 22-24 feb. We loved the resort. We stayed at the 4 BHK villa. The caretaker Satish & His wife looked after us very well. The rooms & bathrooms & the resort were very clean. We look forward to visiting once again

We had booked this villa for the second time and it has never disappointed me. We were a group of 7 friends and we had an awesome stat @ the property. The caretaker Mr. Satish and his family were soo hospitable and took good care of us. Another stand out was their food & meals. Totally worth it Will definitely visit again.

Every detail was thoughtfully considered, creating a perfect blend of elegance and relaxation. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an unforgettable stay!

Property: As a group of 10 adults with mostly senior citizens, we appreciated that all rooms & common areas were conveniently located on the ground level. The property was clean and well-maintained with modern amenities that enhanced our stay. We were impressed by the architecture and interior design. Location: The travel time from Mumbai Suburbs was about 3hours and the property was easy to locate, situated next to a river and a locally renowned temple (we just followed location pin on Maps). Service: The Property manager Satish and his family were polite, helpful and accommodating. Food: We enjoyed our stay in the 4BHK villa for 3 nights and opted for their meal packages throughout our visit. Side Note: Although we stayed during the monsoon season and spent most of our time indoors, please note that the open area/outdoor floors can become slippery after rain, so caution is advised. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and had an amazing, much-needed family staycation. Would recommend!

Nothing positive to be said about this property. 1) Image and Actual doesn't match. photos are edited are uploaded. It's a scam 2)The swimming pool can't be used in the morning even before checkout time and no where it is mentioned in the 4BHK property. 3) There was no electricity in the property the whole night. 4) The caretaker Satish Kumar was very rude and no customer service was provided. 5) When contacted Operation manager Gufran he was like this is what happens in the property and we can't provide any service and disconnected the call rudely. 6) Post booking service is the worst. 7) We came and had a call with the sales person Rachana and it was agreed that we would check out at 12 pm but Gufran started saying we did not get any official communication from Rachana and you did not have a written communication from Rachana and you have to checkout by 11 am and their Sales team logs in by 11 am. It was so much of a mess that we could hardly enjoy the break. 9) Offline booking they charge double than online booking. 10) Floors are slippery and 2 person fell because of it Finally a big big No to this Property.
