Beautiful and superb place with lake which is very huge surrounding the property. |One of the best place I have ever visited. |There are many accommodations available like bungalow Thai Vilas and honeymoon suite with jacuzzi. |It is located in a small hilltop surrounding Lake from all the side and very peaceful. |You visited in December 2024 and book to Thai style rooms.. food typical Konkan type but homemade but yet very good as compared to the resorts and hotels near the beaches. |Host is a very lovely person and so is the caretaker.|WATER PARK PLACE WHERE I AM COMING FOR VISIT AT THE EARLIEST FOR MY NEXT VACATION. |I I think it is one of hidden secret place in Kudal Malwan

Very nice place. Quite peaceful and good for family get together. Care taker was quite helpful and he ensured we don't face any issues. Wonderful property.

Excellent Resort. True meaning of a Serene place. Not over priced. Owners generous in giving all facility. What a beautiful place. I would like to say it's one of the hidden secrets in Kudal-Malvan. If you want to explore Tarkarli-Sindhudurg (Malvan) and wants to simultaneously enjoy stay in peaceful place then this is heaven for you. Just 30 minutes drive to Sindhudurg fort. Very cost effective as owner (Mr. and Mrs. Rane) a doctor by profession couple is happy to make people enjoy his beautiful by making their private farm house accessible to others in affordable price for a 5 star property like this. Just 15 minutes drive from Kudal station. You get lost of travel agents providing various vehicles and even autorickshaw are easily available. Go and enjoy one of the best Lake View Resort. It not only gives a view of the lake but it's actually surrounded by all sides except a road to the property by the lake. I would say it's Lake Island. Landscaping and property infrastructure is very beautiful and natural and gives a satisfying vibes. Beautiful Thai style rooms with all basic amenities. The special sit-outs in the form of ramps are the best part of the resort. At night, the light arrangements give a feel of being in some Palace. Food was awesome. Made by local females who make it with so much love and passion. Malvan breakfast Ghavan Chutni was superb. We had Surmai thali, chicken thali, prawns curry, bhakri and all. They especially made Squid Masala which was awesome. They bring all fish and other items daily from the market by taking pre-orders from guests. The care taker Mr. Tendolkar and his assistant Mr Parab are so humble and prompt for service. They make us know how decent and mannered are Kokan peoples are. 10 star for hospitality. Now they are also making one of their villa in Portuguese style. They also have arrangements for bigger groups for around 30 to 50 peoples group also. Waiting to go again. We stayed from 25th Dec to 27th Dec 2024. We took two rooms for two family. Waiting for my next visit to Beautiful Sona Villa Lake Chalet Resort.

Amazing getaway with splendid almost 360 view of a lake. The sunrise was magical, rooms are super artistic and rustic and the food was amazing! Would totally recommend for a friends or a family getaway

The rooms were spacious and spotless with great decor . The breakfast was so delicious the staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble it was clean stylish roomy with excellent service in where we had breakfast which was so delicious . We also loved the convenient location close to major attractions. It is a wonderful place for holidays.

It's a wonderful place for a family outing. Spacious and beautiful farmhouse with lovely surroundings.The staff were cooperative . The rooms are cosy, clean and neat. Breakfast were also good.We enjoyed the stay.

Location is the best. Stress-free atmosphere. Ambience and hospitality is excellent. Manager Mr. Tendulkar and other staff members are very humble and gives very good service. They are always serve guests like their family and with smile faces and very cortiois.
