Sandip Kulkarni Farmhouse Luxurious Villa@FarmStay

We were 4 families total 16 adults and children. Stayed here for 1 night. The location is very peaceful and picturesque. Property is very well maintained with all amenities in place. Ample washrooms and outside common areas. Very pleasant interaction with host and care taker was very helpful. Would definitely come back next time in the vicinity. Highly Recommended option if you are traveling in own vehicle and want a place which offers the best in stay, food and service options

We were visiting ratnagiri for our friends engagement and needed a place to stay over night and we came across this villa. For the price we got this villa, i thought it would be a scam....but oh my god, it was real. The villa is very good for the price I would even say excellent. The caretaker is a very nice fellow and helps you out with all your needs. We didnt take the dinner option but only breakfast option and the food is also very good. Its costed us around 4000 for 5 people and 100rs per person for morning breakfast. The villa is maintained neat and clean. The rooms and spacious enough. It is a 4 bhk villa with 3 ac and one non ac room. There is a separate music room as well, which was quite good. Will recommend this villa for sure

An Amazing place beyond the noise and pollution of Kohlapur. The staff is super friendly and we able to adjust to last minute changes. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. Overall an amazing stay.

Before visiting the Farmhouse, I was having concern that as its bit away from city center, will it be safe and whether we will get proper services or not..but to my surprise it was one of my most memorable experiences... It's a place for relaxing with your family and friends, peace and complete mental and physical relaxation...Its luxurious farmhouse and exactly the same the way it appears in snaps and the way the owner "Julie" explained us over phone...beautifully designed for relaxation surrounded by farms and natural beauty.. The owner made sure that we enjoy our moments with warm welcome by caretaker Mr. Shinde , who was courteous and full time available for any kind of support..all the rooms and premises were extremely neat and clean which was one of my main requirements. I visited multiple places but this experience was really amazing ..for sure I would recommend it to my family, friends and colleagues. Thanks Mrs. Julie Kulkarni for the lovely experience..looking forward to visit the place again in near future...

The location of Sandip Kulkarni Farmhouse is simply breathtaking. Nestled in the serene countryside. The lush green fields, and the overall peaceful ambiance created the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. A big well is one nice attraction there. We had dinner outside next to the farm. This was a very nice experience. A very elaborate food menu is provided even though it's far from town. The food was very delicious! The combination of stunning location, comfortable accommodation, farm-to-table dining, and nice hospitality created an unforgettable experience. I wholeheartedly recommend Sandip Kulkarni Farmhouse to anyone seeking a peaceful retreat in a picturesque setting.

Amazing Farmhouse Stay in Kolhapur! Rating: (5/5) I had a great time at this farmhouse in Kolhapur. It's a peaceful place away from the city where you can rest and recharge. This was my second stay, and I loved it just as much as the first time. Ganesh, our host, was fantastic. He was quick to help us with anything we needed and made sure we were always comfortable. His top-notch service really added to our great stay. The food here is amazing, too. It's made with local recipes and tastes so good. Every meal was a treat! What I liked most about the farmhouse was how peaceful it was. We were surrounded by nature and could truly relax. The excellent service from Ganesh and the delicious food made our stay even better. It's a trip I won't forget anytime soon. I can't wait to stay here again. If you're looking for a place to relax away from the busy city, this farmhouse in Kolhapur is perfect. It's a wonderful place that I highly recommend.

We stayed here for 3 nights and i'm not able to describe how beautiful it is. We are 16 people with 2 child and and everyone likes it.Farmhouse was very spacious very comfortable for 16- 20 people The food , the hospitality, the ambiance, cleanliness was top notch. Special thanks to Mr.Ganesh he is very kind , polite and whatever-whenever u need something he will be there for your help. We feel like 3 nights is not enough for us to stay there at least we have to spend 1 week there. Again excellent food they have many options for breakfast, lunch, dinner including veg and non veg. And the main part the owner was very nice & polite. And thanks for hosting us. It's very difficult to present in words google need to add feature of voice notes also
