The only good thing about this hotel is its proximity from the railway station and vaijnath temple. Rooms are OK but the toilets are very very dirty.Also the restaurant along with it serves nasty food. If you don't have any other choice then only opt for it.

Nice spacious rooms. Overall good for families. Very near to bus stand.

Cleaning is an issue. Staff behaviour is very roude. Even while checking in highlighted geyser issue, but it was said it works perfect. They changed the room around 10pm in night.

Hotel is average, Location is Good, parking is Good, staff behaviour average, only Room provide , No in to Water bottle, only Memedics Littel shop and towel , cleanness is Missing

We stayed in the Hotel from 05.01.2024 to 07.01.2024. Flexible 24 hours Check in and Check out. Front Office People and Manager were friendly but it is reverse with lower level people. Lower level staff should be given sound training to behave professionally with customers. Only lunch and dinner will be available in their Restaurant. No soap stand in the bath room and no hanger to keep the dress while taking bath. WC had yellow stains and toilet was not cleaned properly. Drinking water, water jug, glass for drinking water not provided in the room. Pillows were so small meant for babies. Room service tea was brought in a broken cup without any lid nor in a flask. Stay in the hotel without much expectations to avoid disappointment. Informed the shortcomings for rectification at the time of Check out. Hope the management will do the needful for the benefit of people who come and stay here and to survive in the competitive market.

Location of the hotel is very convenient. Rooms are bigger and comfortable. Wash rooms are okay type and needs improvement. Room service to be improved. Hotel should provide atleast tea , coffee in the morning. Staff is okay. Reception is good and spacious. Room should be provided with reception and room service intercom details.

I highly recommend Hotel Anusuya for a perfect blend of great food, convenient location, and luxurious accommodation.
