Harmony Resort Alibaug

Resort was well maintained but the hospitality was worst . Mainly the receptionist was very rude to talk . Not co operated for a single thing. At the time of leaving she started fighting only . We visit any place to change the mood but she spoiled the entire mood. Not co operated for birthday celebrations also . We asked her help to decorate the room and take the charges whatever is required for the same but wasn't ready to co operate. Pathetic experience. 2)Restaurant food is pathetic so we had no choice but to order from somewhere else also there was no intimation from you that we cannot order food from outside and we have to eat necessarily what you provide. Also let me know which glass I have broken show the proof and asking cigarettes or anything from staff is a crime at Harmony resort I didn't know. I would like to know the never ending list of ugly things please let me know.

Booked this place for 1 night on the weekend, The location of this place is absolutely nice especially a place like alibaug where beaches are everything this place is in the middle of some mountains. So location 5/5 But there are some other factors that have to be taken care of by management Mainly the services Rooms were nice it depends on what package you book. As you have to call many times to the reception to get things done. Also for the food(Restaurant) Hot water was missing as we were getting late we still had to wait for 1 hour and then they provided us another room just to take a bath. Food quality was not that good. They should work better on that. The pool, i haven't used but the water was clean. Also, they have some slides n childrens play area The local commute is too difficult if you don't have your own vehicle auto fares are tremendously high just to go to the main city or to the beaches. At night it's next to impossible to find any local transportation from main city to hotel. Prices are not justified for the services they're providing And the location (as its too fare from city centre) After all its a 3/5 as per my experience And if they work a little harder it can easily become a 4.5/5 place Thank you

Our company planned a team get together at this resort and it surpassed our expectation. We were a group of 40 team-mates for a weekend get away. Swimming pool is amazing with slides like a waterpark. We had all our meals at the restaurant and their chefs are good. Will highly recommend this place.

Stayed in the resort for 14 days, the ambience, staff, manager and food was really good. Best place to relax if you want to enjoy your holiday.

Receptionist was very rude...earlier they told us to give checkin at 11 but then at that time they denied and told us to wait till 1pm. The rooms were not provided with proper hot water, we had to call them each and every time to turn on the valve and then also only hot water did not come. Food was good both in terms of quality and taste. Service needs to be improved and new and better receptionist is needed.

I liked the rooms and food service here. In food, And the staff here is very polite with the guests. and the location is very great...

Receptionist was very rude, and worlds dumbest , she had no manners on how to talk with customer , full with attitude, thought of slapping her , we stayed 2 days and almost 10-15 times there was continuous power cut. After complaining several times no hot water facility, also taking extra charge for getting room at last 1-2 hrs early, we were informed we will get rooms early but we didn't got. one should arrange travel time acc to harmony

A great weekend gateway nearby mumbai. About 2 hours drive from Mumbai. Marc Anthony my friend is a great host. He is available for all the guest 24*7. Great elevation, with great views and good food. You won't regret coming here.
