Malshej Agro Resort

Very poor management. We had bookings for 2 days but the owner shifted our luggage and stuffs without our permission or without informing us..citing the room was needed for some local mla relatives...which was totally unacceptable. On asking the reason why he did so all he could say was he was sorry for this act. Upon further enquiring we came to know...the rooms was not given but made vacant for some relatives of local mla who arrived later that night. We were provided with some cheap rooms very poorly mantained.Although the place is quite accessible with great views..but rooms are poorly maintained. The cottage rooms for 4 person which we booked are in a little better condition...but not worth 5-6k. This is due to the location and non availability of rooms.

The experience was very bad. They entered into our room and shifted our luggage without our permission. We had booking for 2 days but they gave our room to someone else. And told au to stay in a very bad room, the room were very dirty, washroom was the worst, insects were getting into our room.

Very bad hotel, don't go there

Horrible experience. The photos on Google of this place is just hyped up. We have been to this place, there are ants in the room on the bed, under the mattress, on the walls and the washroom. The place is not maintained. We had already paid a particular amount in advance and when we reached the location the place was ridiculous not maintained at all. The owner was rude and refused to give our money back giving various reasons for the unclean rooms but we did not wait back looking at the state of the place. The pool wasn't functional and it was dirty. The washroom windows were broken very unsafe for women. Overall pathetic experience.

**WORST PLACE WORST MANAGEMENT** We had booked this place for a weekend through a website on which we did not had to pay any advance booking amount. When called to confirm the booking they asked to pay 50% (Rs. 2500) of the total amount which we agreed and paid. Upon reaching there we see the bed was full of red ants. The bedsheet, cushions, and mattress looked like it was never washed. Bathroom had spider webs in very corner. There was no electricity and swimming pool could not be used due pump issue and this had happened due to rain and we can't do anything in front of nature (this was the reason given to us). When complained about the ants and cushions he simply said we will clean and give and if they come let us know we will clean again. When asked for a different room he showed the room which was no different than others plus the bathroom window was broken. We immediately asked for cancellation and refund the money as the things which were promised or shown in the photos were not the same. First, he was not ready at pay to refund the money as it was last moment cancellation but luckily after a bit of heated conversation, he agreed to deduct 20% of the total amount and pay the rest. We took whatever we got and left. Will never recommend this place to any. This place is not worth even a single one star.

If you wanna waste your money and time..please visit this place.. 1. Behavior of hotel manager was very rude. 2. Foods were not good at all.. you will find same taste for all the sabji... 3. Tv was not working even setup box was not dar. 4. There was no music system for enjoyment. 5. During night there was no lights in garden as well as near pool. 6. Swimming pool was just for show peace. Manager says it's just complimentary you.. 7. Rooms were very dirty. About price -2500rs/room they charge you which is not worth at all.. Overall i totally wastage my weekend .. now it's upto you

We have been visting this place as a group for last 4 to 5 years in rainy season. This year the service was really bad July. We complained to the owner and food stock was less, the light went when the heater was on, swimming pool was filled with fungus. We informed them in advance we will be coming and need all this service. Yet, simple things were not provided. It is really disappointing. People come to such places in remote village to enjoy atleast with whatever service or amenities you provide. If that can't be arranged then it is truly bad service. The story will not work here anymore. The cherry on top was the pricing. They bargained and made us pay extra for these services and none was done.!!!
