A Perfect Dining Experience for Families! I recently visited Hotel Ramayana, and it was an absolutely delightful experience! From the moment we walked in, the ambience was warm and inviting, with elegant decor and a cozy atmosphere. The lighting and music created a perfect balance, making it ideal for both families and groups of friends. The food was good and beautifully presented.The service was prompt and courteous, with staff always ensuring we had everything we needed. One of the best features of this restaurant is the dedicated children's play area. It was well-maintained. This made our dining experience much more relaxed and enjoyable. Overall, Hotel Ramanaya is a fantastic place for a great meal with family or friends. Highly recommended for anyone looking for delicious food, great ambience, and a family-friendly environment!

I went for dinner, and it was a great experience. Although it's newly opened, they have maintained cleanliness and have a calm ambience. Coming to the food, the dishes were good and the staff service was also quick. They have enough staff and they appeared very polite. However, I would suggest not interrupting the dining experience by checking in too frequently. Customers can always ask if they need something. Overall I would recommend this place for family dining.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I felt the need to share my extremely disappointing experience at this restaurant. - **Service:** The service was slow and unprofessional. It took too long for anyone to take our order, and even longer for the food to arrive. The staff seemed disinterested and inattentive throughout the meal. - **Food Quality:** The food was a letdown. It was bland, overcooked, and didn't resemble what was advertised on the menu. Not at all worth the price. - **Unjustified Fees:** To make matters worse, they charged a 2% fee for paying with a credit card. This is a ridiculous practice and should be clearly disclosed upfront. It felt like an unnecessary and unfair charge that made the already overpriced meal even worse. - **Value for Money:** Overall, this was a terrible experience. For the price I paid, I expected much better food, service, and overall quality. I will not be returning, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The hotel has a very lavish look to it, the staff is super friendly and helpful. The food was good, and the room service was also nice. The rooms are well equipped and the facilities are adequate. Overall, it was an amazing stay at this place, I would definitely revisit! 10/10

We found a piece of ceramic in the food, when complained, the staff was rude about it, any decent restaurant would have not charged for such sabji but they did. They gave us an option of 5% discount we declined and paid the full amount. Very dissatisfied with the service no hospitality whatsoever. Terrible service. Food and ambience is not everything!

Had paneer lababdar here which was taste like paneer butter masala. And ordered veg handi which was also very mediocre. Chapati/paratha was so cold. So i don't prefer this hotel for dinner.

We came from north India Food was very very tasty We enjoyed Dal Takda, Paneer Banjara and Stuffed aloo gobi paratha with curd. All preparation was very fresh Little bit late... But satisfied
