Poor service Not Clean at all NOT worth staying N number of issues few of them are as below Bed sheet and pillow dirty Rooms not cleaned Washroom dirty No Hot water Had to go in another room to bath Lift not working since ages Owner Behaviour

Food is worst. You will get a week old food if ordered. They must convert their restaurant into cold storage.

Not a single star can be given. Worst experience. Charged very high for worst rooms and services. Denied giving bill. RECOMMEND THAT NO ONE SHOULD STAY IN THE HOTEL. THE OWNER SHOULD BE TAKEN TO CONSUMER FORUM. VERY ARROGANT, UNPROFESSIONAL

Hotel is outside the city with no amenities nearby. Rooms - two types of rooms are available here. 1 double bed for 2 people and 1 bed + sofa cum bed for 4 people. The rooms are just enough for 2 people to stand. It has TV and it works also. AC works well and so does fan. The positive: Since it has its own restaurant we can order food in the room itself Staff is helpful (but owner isn't) The negatives: No hot water in bathroom The water from flush flowed continuously bathroom handle broke and fell down Lift only has capacity of 3 people so pls be cautious Owner refused to pick luggage from parking to the hotel Owner doesn't provide DRINKING water along with room fare The smoke from kitchen comes inside the room via bathroom window Room fare is way too high as per standards of this hotel

Absolutely worse experience. These people are frauds Didn't even want to give that 1 star The owner and the manager are very rude and they billed us with 20 to 30 extra chapatis... An icecream cone with mrp 30 was provided for 50rs When we confronted he started bullying us ... Never have I even seen such hypocrite and arrogant people who even after knowing their mistake didn't have the guts to accept it I would recommend every one to never even enter this hotel

I am writing this review after experiencing the worst experience at the Kailash Palace Hotel. We have organised the birthday party at Hotel. But the food served by the hotel was really terrible also they add 40 to 50 extra chapatis in our bill. All the guest complained about the food but no action has been taken by the management rather full amount has been demanded by the management. The attitude of the Management towards the problem was inappropriate. Food served was spoiled. I therefore, request everyone to take a note of the same and try to avoid such type of hotel.

My stay here was for 20 days. The room service guys used to come every alternate days for room cleaning. A water bottle is not provided in the room unless asked for. I was on an official trip so had to stay as there was no option. They do not accept Card payments. kudos. !!

If they see big groups they will definitely cheat in your bill. E.g. they added 20 t0 30 Extra chapatis in our Bill. And they will sell goods more than MRP rate.. Their language was very Rude with customer..
I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.
Don't waste your money on this hotel..
