Hotel Mayuri Inn And Restaurant

Well the hotel is good and rooms were clean, staff was cooperative, but basic policies of hotel are not aligned. I booked hotel for one night for my husband and he was expected to use it only for 5 hours and checkin early morning on day2. Even after doing complete payment , the owner of the hotel did not hand over the keys to me . His excuse was that I will hand over to guest as you may miss the key and I don't have provision to make duplicate key. I found it very silly and unreasonable to not handover keys of rooms when I had made full payment previous night itself. The owner doesn't not seem to have basic understanding of the policies as per hotel industry. Very bad experience on thsi

I stayed here for 4 nights and I was accompanied by my colleague from the United States. The staff had absolutely no idea about the documentation required for a foreign national. Initially, I gave them benefit of doubt considering they might not have a lot of experience dealing with guests from other countries. But even after they found out the process and the forms they had to fill, they kept harassing is - asking us to allow them to click pictures of my colleague in their phones for hotel registration. Never heard of that before! My colleague was disturbed at night by random calls on his room's landline number, including in the wee hours of the morning. I don't know if they are running some sort of scam to extort money from foreign travellers but it was extremely unsettling. If you are expecting professionalism, I would not recommend this hotel. Also, they do not have a dining area in the hotel. They only provide tea, coffee, and snacks im the morning. Avoid! P.S. - The receptionist insisted that we submit my colleague's American visa. He is an American citizen!

Was here for an over night stay with my spouse and a 4 year old kid. Clean comfy rooms and super helpful staff . Centrally located .. all in all full recommendation from my side

We had great experience in hotel.. we had Thali yesterday and food was tasty.. service is really fast and staff is also very humble

Hotel is very nice. Service is very prompt all staf is very loyal and careful, test is best. I like all facilities test and rooftop setting facility.

The ACs in the room don't work.. They should not put it as AC hotel..
