NEVER AGAIN!!! Just got out of the resort and I'm honestly disappointed, money down the drain. Wasted outings with the worst possible hospitality. The property is fairly new however the management seems very unprofessional. Not at all courteous let alone highly unskilled staff. The rooms were not clean, the bathroom drainage clogged, the bed sheets stained and stank. The food was extremely disappointing, way below average. I would rather stay hungry than eat at their restaurant. I hope the stakeholders make changes in the management and employ someone capable of managing the property professionally. I might seems like one angry customer but I have been to multiple resorts and I would rate this the worst one I have been to. Needless to say I will never ever visit again!!! Stay away guysssss.

An Absolute Nightmare - Avoid at All Costs! I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at Green Gold Resort, and I can't emphasize enough how disappointed I am. Upon entering my room, the disappointment continued. The place looked like it hadn't been properly cleaned in ages. Bathroom was not properly Cleaned. Insects in Rooms. Water Heater had not working. Dining at the resort's restaurant was an experience I'd rather forget. The food was tasteless, overpriced, and clearly prepared without any care or skill. I can honestly say that my stay at Green Gold resort was one of the worst travel experiences I've ever had. Save your money and avoid this place at all costs.

Worst stay experience ever. The service was not at all good. We booked a villa but were instead handed a tent. Later we found out they gave away the villa to youtubers so that they could post something good out of it. There was nobody at the reception to cater to anything that we asked for literally nobody to order food or breakfast. No body would pick up the calls. When we tried to confront the staff about the same, they rudely shunned us off saying it's the owners birthday party so our staff is busy with it. It's a waste of time, and money. If you ever feel like coming here please go to a local garden near your home and spend time there instead of wasting you money here for nothing.

Service and facilities they must have to improve. We check in here at 2 PM and we get empty room, they do not serve basic needs till you do not ask them like water bottle, tooth kit, shampoo, soap etc. We booked this resort just for swimming pool and it was empty and they committee us it will full fill till evening but it was same till check out. You must have to take care of this things.

I wish i could give 0 rating. They delayed our check-in for 4hours, 12noon was the check-in rooms where allotted at 4pm. What a pathetic experience we have got from rooms to staff, service, cleaning and kitchen. Simple tea has been served after 2 hours since ordered. Whatever in the menu was not available we have to order according to them only. Frequent powercut was so normal for them. I will not suggest to anyone in future, pls dont visit as they do not deliver any service they promise. Also dont belive these fake instagram influencers as these people are fooling you and making their money by faking reels.

This is the worta resort ever. We are not at all happy with the service. Please donot visit here. 1) We had booked a villa for the us they told that villa was not ready as some customer haf broken the window last night which we thought that was true. But latter that day he gave another customer the same room. He just gave us one small tent like room. 2) There is no mirror in the room. No wifi. No basic aminities like soap or hand wash or toothpaste. 3) The staff was very rude. 4) The food was tasty but was not properly served. 5) The was a program that day of the owner in the resort but they did not tell us and we were very disturbed by it.We did not have a pleasant stay.

Wish I could 0 stars to this place, service has to be the worst of all. Food is not good, staff is rude, rooms weren't clean, no respect for the customers. The staff lied about the room we booked to be under some kind of construction which it clearly wasn't. Please never make the decision to visit this ill managed property
