Had a very bad experience at Serenity Resorts. Booked an AC room but when visited there with my family, they gave me a room with a faulty AC. I complained about the same and they kept me giving fake promises that the person will come in sometime to fix it. Later I called their owner and confronted him of the same, he also kept me lingering that he'll get it fixed in the evening, only when i asked him to give me commitment he said that it's not possible to fix the AC and you have to bear with it. Only after a lot of discussion he agreed to refund the amount but wasted a lot of my time and left me & my family to with no other option to lookout for other stay options. Pathetic service & amenities...Would not suggest anyone to visit the place for their stay.

Serenity Resort at Panhala is best for family staycation with ample parking space. Tall trees and, a peaceful environment with many birds made this property a relaxing therapy. The owner is helpful (They can arrange a taxi/cab for pickup-drop, Panhala Fort tour guide upon request). Site caretakers are very kind and attentive. The food is very homemade with a proper authentic kolhapuri taste made notably a 10/10. Rooms are with clean bedsheets and blankets. Provided with basic amenities such as geyser, soap and towel only. Note: 1. Check status of AC before arrival 2. One may require bathroom freshener and frequent cleaning. Overall , Location- 4.5/5 Resort- 4.5/5 Rooms- 4/5 Staff/service- 5/5 Food - 5/5 Washroom - 3.5/5

Indeed a very beautiful resort, as the name suggests, very serene and calming. Very clean and comfy rooms. Extremely humble, well spoken and gracious staff. Ratnamala, the owner of the resort personally ensures that the guests are having a pleasant stay. Home away from home. Lovely food with lot of choices. Had a wonderful vacation. Would highly recommend for all.

Yesterday we visit this resort The manager is very polite , and co-operative Rooms are clean,place is very peacefull Loved the resort I'll visit it again as earlier as possible

Had stayed here for one night but the stay was pleasant. Rooms and washroom are cleans. Beds are in good condition. There are only 4 bedrooms available at this property. And they do provide extra beds. Washroom has hot water but the geyser is of small capacity so hot water comes for very few mins. Location is very good. Parking is also available at the place

Pleasant Stay with Some Room for Improvement My recent stay at Serenity in Panhala, Kolhapur, was a mixed experience. The resort's location is its strongest point, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding hills and valleys. The natural beauty of Panhala added a serene touch to our stay. However, there were areas that could be improved. The room, although spacious, showed signs of wear and the cleanliness could be better maintained. The food at the resort restaurant was decent, but the menu choices were limited and didn't quite live up to our expectations. The staff was courteous and helpful, which made our experience better. They were prompt in addressing our concerns and tried their best to make our stay comfortable. In terms of amenities, the resort has the potential to be a great getaway spot but currently feels a bit underutilized. The swimming pool was clean, but other recreational areas needed better upkeep. Overall, Serenity is a good option for those looking for a peaceful retreat in Panhala, but it would benefit greatly from some attention to detail in terms of room maintenance, dining options, and overall guest experience.
