Natural resort panhala

Don't book your rooms just after seeing google photos. The room is spacious and is the only advantage of this hotel. Lack of cleanliness. The bathroom was smelling. The towel they provided was not clean. There was not even soap / hadwash in the bathroom. There is a bathtub, but you can not use it properly, as hot water is not available and have to use an electric water heater for it. Staff is rude. I visited their restaurant, they didn't even attend me, didn't ask me what I wanted. Their behavior was like they don't care about customer anymore once he/she pays room charges. There are many more good options around and on Panhala fort

Rooms and service is really good. The only drawback is that it's road touch...there are constant vehicals that pass by. So peace and quiet is something you may not get if u want to enjoy the view from the balcony

Hotel Rooms are not clean, Bathroom was very unclean, Basin tap leaking, There was mud on Sofa. Location is far from central Panhala so you have to go for hotel food which is very low quality. Menu mentioned in the menu card is not available. Dinning hall is very untidy and dirty. Don't book online. Go check and then book

I have a stay for 2 days in Standard AC balcony room. Location and view is nice. Room service is not up to professional mark. All the balconies of rooms are attached and also there is no any partition in between the balconies. Which creat great nuance. As in adjutant rooms liquor drinking, smoking is going on. Due to which we not even enjoyed our evening in balcony and privacy . The balconies should be partitioned.

Recently visited this beautiful property surrounded by nature. It is located near Kolhapur and makes it the great location for staycation. Really enjoyed my time here, hosts were really nice and supportive. They tried their best at each & every point to give you the most luxurious and aesthetically pleasing experience in the heart of nature. I would 100% recommend this place for all who are looking for weekend gateway from Pune, Mumbai & Kolhapur.

Loved the food, hotel staff was polite and their service was fast. Clean spacious room. Would love to visit again.

The location is good also well maintained. - The Panhala fort is nearby the hotel. - The food was good. - Staff was very good and supportive. - We checked in late at night so they reduced the room rates for us. - Overall great experience at the Natural Resort. Will recommend everyone who are planning to visit in Kolhapur.

The room was not well maintained the bath tub was not functional as well the doors couldn't even lock overall it was a bad experience for me and my family
