This can't be a 3-star hotel as they claim. This is not a part of the Treebo group. 0 value for money. Honestly, I was really disappointed with my stay. They call themselves a 3-star, but to be honest, it felt more like a budget place. 1. The room had weird smell. 2. They didn't even provide basic things like a dental kit! 3. No one responds to your calls in the morning. 4. The road leading to the hotel is a bit scary to drive on. 5. You get only 2 options in breakfast. 6. They do not serve non-veg food. 7. Valley view from the hotel is good.

The place is really good. The view is simply amazing. The food is also very tasty. The service is as well really good. Main thing is room is very clean and neat. Satish has given a good guidance about the places and he is very friendly. We will definitely plan for the next time with this place.

I recently had one of the worst hotel stays imaginable. Upon arrival, the front desk staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful, barely acknowledging my presence. After a long wait to check in, I finally got my room key, only to find the room in complete disarray. The bed was smelly and dirty To make matters worse, the bathroom was filthy. The breakfast service was another disaster. There were barely any options, and what little food was available was stale. When I asked for assistance, the staff were rude and dismissive. By the end of my stay, I felt more exhausted than when I arrived. It was a complete waste of money, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. They do have paid reviews for sure. If I could I would have given zero rating. Please see photos.

One of the very nicest places to visit close to mahabaleshwar if you're looking for a economical place to stay nearby Mahabaleshwar. The staff is very nice cooperative and very supportive. The rooms were clean neat and tidy and the staff was supportive in case of anything that we required on time . food was very nice special with the breakfast was good. We finished it more like lunch and went for the tour. Satish is the best person go to for anything and he is the nicest guy to help you across when you're staying at this place. Look for rooms where you can get sunrise view and u will njoy it. Specious place for kids

Raval Resort provided a perfectly balanced experience for different categories of travelers. From families to groups, it a great value-for-money option. The best part is it's location. Though off-road and at the end of a steep incline, like most Properties in hills, it is great on account of car access literally to the doorstep. A lot has been squeezed into the available terrain and ongoing expansion is going to add more capacity. The best part is the people at the resort. The owner running the resort was always at hand and took in the comments and suggestions with honest earnestness. The Manager a really friendly person, right from check-in was pro-active, responsive and took care of all requests. The staff initially seemed functional, but as our stay went on they impressed us a lot with their professional quality work and eagerness all delivered with a smile at all hours. Santosh managed the kitchen with high professionalism and friendliness, from the buffet-menu, reminders for breakfast and suggestions for meals. Even though they have a pure-veg kitchen, patrons can bring own choice of food in rooms. We were thankful for Zomato which delivers to the resort and was used extensively by us. The cabbie co-ordinated by the resort (Rambo!) was also a real nice bloke and we could get customized trips done. As most resorts are far from markets and Raval does not provide any toiletries apart from liquid soap, guests should go prepared. Likewise, you should take ample of your own bottled water if you dont want to overpay for water. I would also recommend that the resort provide a table and a couple of chairs dedicated for each room balcony which we were promptly provided on demand. Given the range of types of value-for-money accommodations, great valley view, a well-maintained property and, best of all, a great team, makes the resort a great place for the full range of travellers who want to have a relaxing time in Panchgani. I thank the whole team for providing us a great experience.

This resort's management is highly unprofessional as they don't treat their customers with dignity. Everything is just overpriced here. We didn't get any toiletries even though after booking a deluxe room. Chairs were provided upon our request to the staff. There was power cut during afternoon and no power backup was provided which is very inconvenient as WIFI gets deactivated. There is no network in the premises. However the view from room was eye pleasing but there was construction ongoing. I have travelled out of India but I didn't get such experience there. Please keep customer satisfaction as a priority.

Better avoid until this is last available option I had booked room online looking at reviews. First they will show some junk room and definitely you will not like it. So they will ask you to pay some extra money offline like 800-1200 to get it upgraded. Few cons: No AC, rooms are barely 80sqft, no toiletries provided, no coverage, no working wifi, no phone- you are at your own. You can checkout bathroom and bucket condition, that says everything about this. Only good part was location/view and breakfast.
