Hotel manas

Do not prefer to stay here even for one Hour.Rooms are so dusty and spider nets all over the walls.Don't ever book this hotel rooms online . Worst service.... The cleanliness was poor. Additionally, the curtains were inadequate,Extra bad is so dirty, there was no pipe and taps for the washbasin.Also there is no safety in rooms the locks is broken.It was very bad experience. Worst room conditions, no maintenance, toilet is in very very bad conditions.Giving one star only because its mandatory.

Worst service I have ever seen. Not at all recommended to anyone with family. No curtains to windows for ladies room. Main door lock is broken. No basic amenities like bathroom lights, bed sheets, ceiling fan. No cleanliness at all. Very arrogant staff and owner.

I was impressed by the efficient check-in/check-out process of the hotel. They allowed us to check in early, at about 10 am. Their customer service is also commendable.

Owner is arrogant and only money centric. Don't ever book this hotel rooms online and fall in trap of false photos. Giving one star only because its mandatory.

Worst experience. Owner not responding and no staff present in hotel. Bedsheets not changed. No cleanliness in the rooms. Basins broken
