Hotel Arya Niwas is a budget-friendly stay in the centre of Pachora, Maharashtra. It offers basic facilities and is good for travelers looking for an affordable option, I stayed here with my family and it's safe as well. They have dormitory as well. Rooms & Cleanliness Rooms are simple but clean, with basic things like a bed, airconditioner, fan, Telivision and clean bathroom. Housekeeping keeps the rooms tidy. Don't expect luxury, but it's fine for stay, I personally liked it very much. Food & Dining No on house kitchen or restaurant but you can still have tea and breakfast, just let them know they will make it available for you in the room from other vendor. Staff & Service The staff is polite and helpful. Check-in and check-out are smooth. There might be some language issues, but they try their best to help. Location The hotel is in a central area, close to markets, transport, and local spots. It's convenient for both tourists and business visitors.

Extremely Disappointed - Worst Service Ever I had a terrible experience during my stay. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. Despite booking the room for 5 days and paying the full advance, they kept asking for daily payments, which was highly inconvenient and unacceptable. While the room itself was decent, several basic amenities were not functioning. The TV didn't work properly, and there was a serious issue with the flush in the attached bathroom. For the price and the commitment, this kind of service is completely unacceptable. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Stay away if you expect even basic hospitality and respect.

We stayed for 5 days. Cleaning staff is good, but due to few of members which are in staff are not polite not friendly staff. Staff is so disgusting not friendly for family. Pros - center of pachora, connectivity from hotel. Just a basic AC rooms. Cons - Tv is not working Not fully functional. For a one day it was raining the rooms floor got covered by full water. One person from staff who wear spects keeps annoying to customers for payments. Hotel Policy - the basic rule of hospitality and hotel is when you book multiple rooms for more than 3-4 days , ideally payment should be done at the end of the day, not on day to day basis. They don't have common sense. And also never stick to their words & commitment . The rules are different for every individual who book rooms for bulk booking. Got horrible experience, so not worthy, The hotel never follow the rules , Never ever stay here.

The one and only best hotel in pachora to stay with reasonable rates . Rooms are luxurious with 24 hrs hot bath water .

It's near railway station. Seems like recently opened. Staff is very cooperative. Rooms are neat and clean.
