Recently i booked the rooms here for few of my friends.. hospitality is really great.. the staff is really humble and welcoming by heart. Skydine rooftop restaurant- this is the amazing place to chill with your friends and family you can spend quality time while having drinks and dinner here. We all loved the tasty food.. it was my bad that I never had tried this restaurant before.. searching for a taste non veg food in my hometown was literally kind of treasure hunt finally this has ended here. I would definitely love to visit this place again and again. @Tushar Marathe #owner# I have witnessed the step by step progress of this restaurant since day one and I would really like to appreciate the genuine efforts you have put for the quality services and hospitality.. In the industry of services and hospitality, there is always a space for improvements.. so room cleanliness and hygiene can be better. It was kind of 50-50 experience for rooms. This is on behalf of my friends who stayed here.

The hospitality standards were high. They were actively helping us out with the choices on the menu. The servings were delayed, and I felt they were understaffed. The food taste on the main course was phenomenal. However, it's a thumbs down for the Manchow soup. The taste was throat burning gingery. The starter, too, was a disappointment. It neither did taste nor look like cheese sticks. Ambience was just perfect.

Room service was not provided. The room was not clean, the manager was rude. Was asking to pay before check-in. Was charging Rs 500 for extra mattress.The food was as bad as it has ever been .When informed that the food was smelled , the manager started giving excuses but did not mean it.

Food quality is very good but one suggestion you should increase waiters as I am waiting here since 2 hours for my order please add more staff so customer don't need to wait for order for so long or simply ask them we are full today it will take long time as usual so customer can go somewhere else

It is a nice place to stay. Service is good. Food is excellent. We had to make a short stay and the hotel staff was very co-operative. Can recommend this place. Just keep in mind that there is a bar on the ground floor if you are visiting with family.
