Location wise it is very near to railway station however room and bathrooms are not cleaned.

Bad rooms. No cleanliness. Only single beds in rooms allotted to a couple. No water provided. Bathroom was not clean and smelled. The ground floor rooms have bathrooms window opening towards the guest house passage where the hotel workers sleep. The windows are glass windows which makes it unsafe for women travellers. We had to ask the hotel guys to put paper/ towel on those windows to make them usable for ladies.

Worst room, bathroom is common and dirty very bad smelled. Overall experience is very bad for this guest house. Staff is very bad behavior

Do not believe on photos of this hotel available on internetnet. This is typical place to stay for bachelors only. ||Location is very close to the railway station. It takes 5 minutes from railway station to reach this guest house.||Rooms at ground floor are very small having two fixed single beds (of ~2 feet width). And space between the two beds is very narrow (~2 feet only). One toilet is there. Things were not clean. The mug which was provided to take water from bucket was slippery. (If we put any plastic material in water for several hours then it becomes slippery)). Light at the bathroom was not good enough. No ventilation for room (Not a single window to the room at ground floor).||On the first floor the rooms are little big. Rooms were not at all clean and plaster from walls had come out. There were crack inside the walls. The most dangerous thing is Lizards were there in the room. We could not sleep well because of that. ||You can find wine bottles at passage and you can find that typical smell. Hence the hotel is not at all suitable for family. ||Charge was at higher side as that time there were no hotels available in the city. 600 for non AC room & 700 for AC room. They have 24 hrs check in time. The only good thing is they have hot water available for 24 hours. The water is bit hard/heave and hence you do not feel freshness even after bath. Probably the entire Pachora city has the same water problem. ||There are only other 2 hotels Nirmal Plaza and BL(Bhagyalaxmi) Palace in the town which are good and pl take those if you are travelling with family.

This place we were here during transit time so we could not spend may days here. Overall experience for me it was very good. Front office is not too big but quite decent. Room was clean and bedlinen was cleaned. Lots of eating place around this place.

If you are in need then only you'll be able to manage. The washroom is worst, they can keep it better. The bedsheets are not changed at all. Stinky sheets. Common washroom is also in worst condition.

Very near to station. Decent neat and clean space a t very reasonable price. Easy access. Staff is always at service.

Bad communication when I asked question receptionist hike 150 rs.and said don't hurry and ask question .go anywhere if you want. Communication is not good
