Hotel Manoranjan Enclave

It was an amazing unexpected Experience by this hotel. I have underestimated them initially. But I was totally wrong... Interior amazing... Rooms are amazing... Service classic.. food amazing... Just one small request to hotel that please Provide towels per person.. and complimentary water if possible...

Overall experience was good. Property is Mumbai Agra National Highway touch. Ample private parking. Room alongwith Washroom was neat and clean

Pros: The hotel's location is convenient, being right on the highway and only a 10-minute drive from the airport, making it a good option for a quick stopover. Cons: Unfortunately, the positives end there. The rooms were filthy, with stains on the linen, towel, tons of bedbugs and an overall unkeppt atmosphere. At check-in, I was offered a cab for my early morning flight at an exorbitant price. However, the hotel staff failed to confirm the arrangement with their agent, which caused a chaotic situation when I tried to leave early the next morning. Service was terrible throughout my stay--staff were unhelpful and unprofessional. The food was bland, and the noise from staff was unbearable. At 1 a.m., they were sitting outside my room watching movies loudly on their phone speakers. When I asked them to be quiet, they became defensive and rude. Overall, this hotel was a huge disappointment, and I would not recommend it to anyone. Edit 1 - Going by the response, hotel management seems way too arrogant. They have stated they know the reason for the review but won't state here, I suggest them to go ahead and enlighten me. Confirming me that the cab is booked only to find it wasn't in the morning isn't acceptable. The guy watching the movie in front of the room at night was your housekeeping person, the one who came to check the bedbugs along with your receptionist and acknowledged. One small bit of suggestion to the management, at the place of bulldozing feedback, chin up and work on it. You people are in the service industry.

The stay was comfortable, with a cooperative and well-behaved staff. While the rooms are somewhat small, they are still comfortable.

The room were very clean, very comfortable and staff was amazing, also food quality was too yummy. It was great experience!!!!

Hotel manoranjan is situated on high way in good location and has moderate terrif for stay n the behaviour of caretaker is fine specially mr. Pravin who has given good treatment.. good luck for the hotel
