The 20's Resort

Our stay at 20s Resort was disappointing. The room wasn't cleaned, the balcony sliders were poorly maintained, and the property felt neglected. While the food was okay, it wasn't impressive. The only highlight was the riverside area and track where we enjoyed morning sunrise. With better upkeep, this resort could be much better.

Excellent scenery very calm and peaceful environment. Had a great time. You can enjoy with family and friends. Staff behavior is very polite.

Excellent location by the backwaters and a great area to explore. The rooms were good and the resort was good enough to adjust dates wrongly booked against our payment. The food was good. Breakfast was not available on the day of departure and at 8:30am, we are told the kitchen was being cleaned of cockroaches, and it would take another hour.

We had a great time at the resort. Amazing location and well maintained rooms. Food is delicious. Ideal place for a calm serene getaway. They have proper arrangements for group events and gatherings too.

Nice place for family not for Batchelor groups , they have restrictions for bonfires and party places they have limited areas in that only area you have to enjoy, food was ok ok malwani handi found good or else not so recommendable food. Rooms having good cleanliness well maintained hot water available any time, swimming pool well maintained, staff behavior not as per mark,nice view nice place good property. They have indoor and outdoor game also,

We stayed there on 12th Oct 2024, The Rooms are good, and Location is best, But service and food is real disappointment, the food (Veg Kolhapuri ) was so bad and so spice that I almost got sick on the spot, It was just red chilli paste, Even I avoided eating but its like poison on plate, next part was chappati which was difficult to chew, I generally avoid giving negative review but this food was simply next level bad, This is a good resort otherwise with good location but seems struggling with services and maintenance and crumbling infrastructure. If I recommend "avoid this for sake of it. However way to this resort is a must

Went for lunch by prior appointment, at that time only they should have told do not visit as there was serial shoot going on. Nobody cared about other guests in resort. Waste of money and time

It's one of the best places for the weekend. It's around 300km from Mumbai... Location is Urmodi Backwaters in Satara district of Maharashtra. It's surrounded by 3 sides of the mountain and one side of the lake. It's a really very beautiful place and calm. Full of natural beauty. Location is little bit off because nearby places are far way from there. Food was good. The way to go there from highway is also awesome and full of natural beauty. Pros - calm and in heart of nature Cons - little bit off site other shops and markets are not available nearby. May be this will be pros for many also
