Collection O Hotel Rr Boutique

This hotel is located near Lodha Xperia Mall and has good eateries outside of it and also has a sky lounge on top of it. Despite of the good amenities, it did fail terribly in maintaining the stagnant water infront of it due to heavy rains. There was almost 4 inches water inside of the gate of the hotel and it also entered the hotel's lobby. Which could have been managed. We booked the hotel from Oyo and as the Oyo person told me that I will be getting the room till 5pm next day, which I did not was another con. Upon entering the room, the first thing I noticed was the space, it has enough space however the bathroom is not cleaned nicely. The hot water was not working. The air conditioning in the room was okayish, however the remote of that was not working properly. If am keeping the temperature low it was not adjusting itself. The another con which I noticed was the windows of the room was visible even from the outside ! There was no black coating or anything, so beware of that. The windows were leaking in my room. I got a bit late to check out and the tone of the receptionist changed drastically! Management should know we don't late ourself purposely. The tone was so arrogant that it reduced the reputation I had for them. Another thing I noticed was, lights does not work.. only 2-3 lights work, that's it. The only pro was spacious room and semi modern interior.

Expensive but definitely would be less as compare to other stays in Mumbai. The exterior looks good. It's absolutely on the market of lodha heaven. So go out and have your good from the market as it would be value for money and lot of options are available.

Pathetic rooms, in false ceiling somehow birds are chirping, central ac control is worst, not value for money, lift is old not working properly, staff attitude is worst, they do not have GST bill

Ugly place, laundry is not good, AC was not working proper, No light in galary also, hotel management was not good, Bed sheet has not changed daily, bed sheet was very dirty, wrong name has given of the hotel, very very dirty hotel and do not visit in this hotel, this hotel is not good for the family also.

Worst hotel to stay no proper facilities and no air conditioning working properly of any rooms

Wrong adress updated on google. Called lots of time for exact location but no one received the call
