1. Breakfast Quality: Found a cockroach in the breakfast. The food quality was very poor. 2. Wi-Fi Connectivity: The Wi-Fi was extremely slow, making it unreliable for office work. 3. Ventilation Issues: The room lacked proper ventilation, which made it uncomfortable. 4. Artificial Fragrance: An overpowering artificial fragrance was used, which was unpleasant. Overall, my experience was not satisfactory. Would not recommend this place.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The staff behavior was not professional, and the overall service was poor. I stayed in Room No. 102, where the shower and flush were not working. Despite complaining, it took two days before they finally changed my room. This kind of delay and lack of basic maintenance is unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here.

It's a good place but more for official purposes rather than family occasions. Food and service can be better. Overall a good experience
