Very good service provided by the staffs. Rooms are neat and clean. Behaviour of staffs are very supportive and helpful specially owner Mr. Harideo a person of very good nature provide you best services you can expect from them.

I booked online . Booking confirmed but property owner denied and asked for offline booking with extra charges. Even when I customer services they kept on hold for around 25 minutes saying that we will connect u to our customers help desk but no response.... I cut the call and called again to help desk directly they took 30 minutes to resolve my problem but this is very unprofessional... Didn't liked the services I hate oyo will never ever book on oyo again.. Hated it.. We book rooms to be in our comfort zone for some time but i hate Oyo

1. The location is not easy to find. 2. The place is like 'boys hostel'. 3. When we arrived at the place no one was there to attend us for 15 mins. 4. Unprofessional owner. My wife and I reached here late at night (11pm) with online booking. The owner asked to submit our IDs so we did. My wife didn't change her surname after marriage so he denied the booking. I showed him our marriage album on our social media pages then he said he can provide us accommodation at double rates. (on condition, we cancel online booking and book it ofline) We tried to register his complaint on online portal but the website tool more than 30mims to resolve the issue and we had to pay him double the price as we were helpless at such late hours. Room was clean. We didn't use any other service as we just wanted a place to rest for the night and continue our journey early in the morning.

Very very pathetic service. We went for a stay there. They asked for the IDs of my husband and mine. I didn't change my name on the adhar card. They asked for our marriage proof. We showed them a picture but yet they wanted to check our marriage registration proof which I'm sure no one carries while traveling. We were refused to get a room. We already booked it online but in person they said no to it. Even customer care service is the worst. Very unprofessional. Wasted our 45 mins. It was 12 at night. We booked the room for 1100 or 1200 something but Then the owner of the property said he will charge 1700. He asked to cancel the online booking and got ready to give a room at rs 1700. Later he agreed to give it for 1400 as it was late at night so we agreed to pay him 1400. But I must say very bad service by Oyo and vista corporate services. The room was good. No complaints about it. The area was okay. Like a Galli type.

I have had a great experience staying at Vista Corp in Airoli. The rooms were spacious, hygienic and functional. The care taker & MD - Mr. Haridev were very professional & accommodating.

Excellent hotel at a reasonable rate . The rooms are very clean and big. The beds are very comfortable and you can sleep without any worries. The staff is very helpful. Rating 10/10.

U can expect no room here if u book one in advance, they are short minded and give away booked rooms as well if its required. Yes it's just me venting here cuz there was no vacancy even though we booked it in advance.
