Venkat Presidency Hotel & Banquets

I was blown away by the exceptional service at venkat hotel .The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a wonderful stay. The room was spotless and had all the amenities I needed. The hotel's location was also very convenient for getting around the city. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

Location: Conveniently located, right off the highway -- easy to access. Rooms: Disappointing. The furniture is outdated, the toilet had a persistent smell, and there was no proper ventilation. The lack of fresh air made the room feel suffocating. Passage: The corridors were also unpleasantly stinky, which added to the discomfort. Service: Very poor. The staff was unhelpful and showed little interest in resolving issues. Hospitality needs serious improvement. Restaurant: The only redeeming feature. The free breakfast had a good variety and was quite tasty. Suggestions for Improvement: Please listen to your customers instead of dismissing their concerns. Guests don't come for lessons -- they come for comfort and respect. Poor treatment leaves a lasting negative impression. We got a hard lesson. What happened with us: We requested a room for just 10-15 minutes after our checkout, but were given a non-functional one -- which felt disrespectful and unprofessional. Also, AC and fan was not working in that room which increased our discomfort. For the price of 2400 per night, the overall experience fell far short of expectations. Hope the management takes this feedback seriously.

ITS NOT VENKAT PRESIDENCY, ITS COCKROACH RESIDENCY I had gone there for a conference in MGM medical College. The Hotel is conveniently located just walking distance od around 1.4 km from thr hospital. But the place stinks.. cockroaches everywhere. I had 20 plus cockroaches in my room.. the lift and corridor stinks of cockroaches. I had to do pest control myself and spray a room freshener every one hour for survival.. WORST HOTEL I EVER BOOKED ONLINE

Absolutely amazing experience! The food was delicious and the service was impeccable.

we went to celebrate my uncle's 50th birthday in this restaurant but they truly disappointed us. the food they serve to us was absolutely tasteless. only starters and desserts were ok...staff and manager were very rude. they dont have manners how to talk with customer. honest advise dont visit this restaurant.

From last 12+ years i am visiting this place and it is first review i am writing to this place in this mean time multiple staff and management has changed.but I receive ok service but was the last time will the last time in my life I'll never visit this place again.so pathetic food and upsent minded staff not able to understand what I wanted to ordered as I visited this place N numbers of time in am stick to my selected dishes but it was so worst that what I ordered am what receive. We prefer this restaurant for our occasionally dining but what service I receive what too horrible despite the value paid for it what returns we got
