My stay at Atithi Hotel in Kharghar presented a mixed experience, with several noteworthy aspects to consider. Starting with the positives, the hotel's rooms are commendable in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. Each room is equipped with essential amenities such as a comfortable bed, soaps, shampoo, and other necessary toiletries, ensuring a pleasant stay for guests. The attention to cleanliness and upkeep reflects the hotel's commitment to providing a comfortable environment for its patrons. Another positive aspect was the functionality of the air conditioning units. I didn't encounter any issues with them, and they provided a comfortable environment throughout my stay. This was particularly welcome during warmer weather, as I could easily adjust the temperature to my preference. However, a notable drawback arises in the form of the hot water supply--or lack thereof. Despite being informed that the system operates on solar heating, I found that the water often remained tepid or cold, even after waiting for an extended period. This was frustrating, especially when I was looking forward to a refreshing shower after a long day. After numerous calls to the manager, a plumber was finally dispatched to investigate the issue. To my dismay, the plumber discovered that both the solar water and geyser water pumps were left open, causing a disruption in the hot water supply. I asked him to close either one of the pumps post which the hot water supply started. Surprisingly, the manager seemed unaware of this issue, which extended to almost every other room in the hotel, including the ten rooms I had booked. This lack of awareness and proactive maintenance was disappointing and further exacerbated the inconvenience experienced by guests regarding the hot water supply. In summary, while Atithi Hotel offers decent accommodation with well-maintained rooms and functional amenities like air conditioning, the unreliable hot water supply detracted from my overall experience. Despite this drawback, I was still able to enjoy a comfortable stay, albeit with adjusted expectations regarding hot water availability.

For budget accommodation Atithi Residency Hotel perfectly fits the budget. It has neat and clean rooms with able support staff. I am evaluating the property based on its category (i.e. if we start looking for the facilities of a star rated hotel in a budget accommodation then it will be a disappointment). We had booked our relatives for a stay and they are happy and comfortable.

The hotel location is good enough to spend some peaceful time. Rooms are okay in size. Amenities must be improved. Wifi connection was there but without internet. All the furniture was partially damaged. Some furnitures were not in usable condition. Food quantity was significantly low. The behaviour of the staff was good. The price of the stay was very reasonable. The price may be revised to improve the quality and quantity of the food.

My friend had booked this place for us on her wedding occasion. Room I started in was nice with attached balcony and clean bathroom. They provide toiletries. There is one room per floor. Quiet and pleasant stay. The problem I faced was network connectivity and breakfast was terrible. Also it cannot be termed as a proper hotel though it provides facilities. A friend who came late at night waited at the gate for almost 20-30 minutes trying to contact someone to open the gate as they lock the main gate from inside at night. I had to come down to reception to ask them to open gate and allow her an entry. Except this I feel the overall experience was good and addressed each time I called reception for assistance

Cons: Room interiors were out of place. TV was not mounted in front of bed but was at an acute angle, making it to look at it difficult. There was not even kettle or refrigerator provided in the room. Pros: Room was clean and hygienic. Service was good.

This hotel is not good according to price the hotel is very bad nd service is also very bad I'm fed up of this hotel for my point of view this hotel is totally bad nd they are treating bad also not provided the things...only one thing is good that's view....

Very poor service. No cleaning. Food quality not hygienic. Power drops. No water in wash room. also, water bottles not given in rooms. Very low standard Hotel. Experience sharing after stay of 5 days. Alok

Well the booking through Oyo was seamless. This is situated at a very convenient location and has all the amenities close by. And it's located at a peaceful location. The AC in the room was leaking and the guy was not able to rectify it. What put me off was that I wanted to check out late but the manager gave me wrong information that all the rooms were booked. I finally booked it through Oyo rooms. One of the personnels indirectly told me that they would be happier if I checked out before time. I knew they wanted to make some money out if it.
