The hotel offers a decent experience with a pleasant ambiance and a quiet atmosphere. However, its distant location from the main road and the presence of garbage nearby were drawbacks. We occasionally faced unpleasant odors in our room, but it could be managed with closed windows and a touch of personal fragrance. Despite missing out on breakfast due to its early timing (08:00 to 10:00 am), the deluxe room was satisfactory, and the staff exhibited commendable professionalism. If you prioritize the hotel's ambiance and tranquility over external factors, I would recommend considering this establishment. Hotel is good, my room was clean and everything was good. Staff behaviour is also fine! After all what you can expect from 3500-3800 per night room it was on the good side. Stayed for 2 days. Room and bathroom is spacious and nothing to worry about. Only breakfast was not good. Very basic 2 dish bread and tea. Apart from that everything is fine. You have food street just 700m from hotel. There is a very bad odour that you will experience as soon as you reach the area of the hotel, rooms and toilets have smoking smell all the time , bathrooms are full of cockroaches and there is no guarantee of hot water. The menu of breakfast is not elaborate but 3-4 Indian cuisine varieties are good enough and taste is good.

Very neat and hygienic. Loved this place for the stay. The staff was very accomodating and the over all ambience was good. The cleaning team did a fabulous job, whenever i used to return the room was top notch clean. Staff responded quickly to requests. Worth exploring for business travel in budget.

A Display of Disgraceful Behaviour. This picture captures a moment of utter disappointment as a man behaves shamefully towards his guest. The expressions on their faces are a testament to the unpleasant atmosphere that permeates the scene. The lack of respect and empathy exhibited by the man is disheartening, leaving a lingering sense of discomfort and dissatisfaction. It serves as a stark reminder of the importance of treating others with kindness and decency, even in challenging situations. The hotel staff member in question displayed a complete lack of hospitality etiquette and demonstrated rude and absurd behavior towards their guests. They showed a complete disregard for the value of their guests' time, particularly during the check-out process. This staff member exhibited a severe lack of professionalism by failing to greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor. Instead of providing a friendly and helpful attitude, they were dismissive, impolite, and even condescending. Their behavior conveyed a lack of respect for the guests and a complete disregard for their needs and concerns. When it came to the check-out process, the staff member exhibited a negligent attitude. They ignored the importance of promptness and efficiency, causing unnecessary delays and inconveniences for the guests. This behavior not only displayed a lack of understanding for the value of their guests' time but also demonstrated a disregard for the basic standards of customer service. Furthermore, the staff member's behavior was absurd, as they engaged in actions or remarks that were illogical, irrational, or simply unacceptable in a professional setting. This could include making inappropriate comments, displaying a hostile attitude, or intentionally creating uncomfortable situations for the guests. Overall, this staff member failed to uphold the standards of hospitality, demonstrating a complete lack of etiquette, professionalism, and respect towards their guests. Their rude and absurd behavior, coupled with their disregard for the importance of timely and efficient service, left a lasting negative impression on the guests and marred their experience at the hotel.

This hotel property is in Vashi Navi Mumbai near to palm Beach road, but at a secluded place. The rooms are small but okay, toilets are clean & hygienic. There are few major issues: 1. This hotel doesn't have any proper kitchen, restaurant or bar.. whatever is served it is in the room, be it alcohol or food. 2. The room service is pathetic. It takes almost 30 - 40 minutes to serve a tea or anything. Everytime you have to call to the reception & the front desk guy forgets. Overall the hotel is understaffed. 3. Being located at an isolated place which is away from the main road, the travel connectivity is poor. 4. The complimentary breakfast is served at the banquet hall which is at the top & it has only one or two options. Overall If you don't have any option remaining, choose this.. otherwise there are plenty of good hotels in the Vashi area.

I recently attended a wedding function at the Royal Palace Hotel, Vashi, Navi Mumbai and I was thoroughly impressed with the banquet, decoration, and music arrangements. From start to finish, the hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of the wedding was perfect. The decoration of the wedding venue was simply stunning. The hotel had clearly put a lot of thought and effort into creating a beautiful atmosphere for the occasion, with elegant floral arrangements, tasteful lighting, and stunning table settings. The overall effect was both romantic and sophisticated, and it created the perfect backdrop for the happy couple's special day. The hotel's music arrangements were also top-notch. The DJ during the sangeet ceremony was simply amazing. They played a great mix of classic and modern songs that kept everyone on the dance floor. The sound quality was excellent. But perhaps what impressed me the most was the level of attention to detail that the hotel staff demonstrated throughout the wedding function. From making sure that everyone had a comfortable place to sit, to ensuring that the food was served promptly and was of good quality, the hotel staff left nothing to chance. They were always available to answer any questions or concerns that guests had, and they worked tirelessly to ensure that the wedding went smoothly from beginning to end. Overall, I would highly recommend the Royal Palace hotel to anyone looking for a beautiful, elegant, and well-organized wedding venue. The hotel's banquet, decoration, and music arrangements were all truly exceptional, and the level of service provided by the staff was outstanding. If you're planning a wedding function, you simply can't go wrong with this hotel.

A good budget hotel with good service , although food is just ok . There is no restaurant , has buffet breakfast . Other meals have to be room service. Menu is pure vegetarian . No lockers in the room . Electric kettle present but have to ask for tea things . Some toiletries are present , rest is available on asking .
