I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Purple Orchid Suites, and it was truly an outstanding experience! The location is perfect for corporate events and ideal for guests visiting the MIDC area. The property is brand new, well-maintained, and offers top-notch amenities. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully set up, with incredibly comfortable beds ensuring a restful sleep. One of the biggest highlights of my stay was the exceptional hospitality provided by Mr. Amol G. at the front desk. His dedication, professionalism, and warm approach made us feel at home. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless and pleasant management should truly cherish such an asset to their team. Hats off to Mr. Amol for his outstanding service! The restaurant serves mouth-watering dishes, and the breakfast spread is impressive, catering to all tastes. The swimming pool on the first floor near the restaurant is a fantastic addition, and the spacious health club makes the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, my stay at The Purple Orchid Suites & Banquets was nothing short of a 5-star experience. From the amazing food and excellent facilities to the unmatched hospitality, everything was just perfect. Highly recommended! I will definitely be returning!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Purple Orchid Suites and Banquets and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! Stayed here about 2 weeks ago for a wedding. The rooms are always kept to the cleanest standard. Cleaning is done 2 times a day, the morning 8am and in the afternoon roughly 6pm. The staff are extremely friendly and open, they helped me get some documents ready for my next flight and even took pictures of us in our wedding outfits :). On site there's a pool, a cafe (where breakfast is served) a restraunt on ground level, a conference centre in the basement and from what it looked like they're working on an outdoor area. Location wise the hotel is situated in Rabale and is close enough to pretty much anything, shops, eatery's malls etc. very easy to get a cab, auto or bus. However if you have white skin or skin that can get easily burnt, I would avoid going outside until atleast 4-5pm when the sun is likely to be cooler. The only problems I faced is that the AC did not adequately cool the rooms as much as it did for my other two friends, they were supposed to send an engineer up but I'm not sure what happened there. The door buzzer is also extremely annoying, I've had numerous times where the cleaning staff would wake me up from sleep to ask to clean my room. (Which I understand) Other than that this hotel deserves more credit than it's getting.

Mr. Amol Gawde at the front desk went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay. His courteous demeanor and prompt service truly reflect the high standards of the hotel. Hello, the hotel is new, neat and beautiful, the food is good and tasty. BUT: if you are planning to stay for a longer period of time, avoid this hotel. I stayed here for 3 weeks, when I came home, the smell of everything was indescribable, I can't even describe and eliminate the moldy smell.
