I had a wonderful stay at this hotel during my office training. The service was excellent throughout my time here. A special thanks to the staff--Nazim RM, Tousif, A-Rahim, Saddam, and Poonam--for their warm hospitality and professionalism. They made sure every need was taken care of with a smile. The food was also really good, with a variety of tasty and satisfying options. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant experience. Highly recommended for both business and leisure stays!

The banquet and catering arrangements were excellent The hall was beautifully set up, and the ambiance was perfect for the occasion The food was delicious with a great variety, and the service was prompt and courteous. I recently stayed at Hotel Monarch and had a mixed experience. The location is quite okay--very convenient and close to major attractions. The staff were polite and helpful, especially Poonam, Tausif, Abdul Rahim. the room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.

My recent stay at Hotel Monarch was a blend of positives and a few areas for improvement. The hotel enjoys a convenient location, offering easy access to popular attractions in the area. I was especially impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the staff--Poonam, Tausif, and Abdul Rahim stood out for their exceptional service. The room itself was generously sized, and the bed was very comfortable, making for a relaxing and restful experience. Overall, while there were a few minor shortcomings, the stay was enjoyable.

Worst service. You have to call reception for every little thing. Water was not there, towel was not there, I had to ask these things. Then suddenly the towel was gone. Everyday I had to request these things. The staff is rude especially the catering staff. We informed them that we will be late for dinner and they said they will keep the dinner but when we reached the refused to serve us. Then all of a sudden our access cards stopped working. And instead of they coming to room and fixing we had to go to reception and get it resolved ourselves. The building is pretty empty and seems scary. There were noises at night. Worst service.. Don't go.

The rooms are decent, but the overall experience was disappointing. Firstly, their management is very poor. When I checked out, I handed over the room keys at the reception, but while I was traveling, they called and accused me of taking the keys with me without informing them. Additionally, they falsely claimed that I took their towel and are charging me for it. I didn't take anything from the hotel, nor did I even use their towels.

would like to commend the service provided during my recent visit. 1. Waiter's Attitude and Professionalism: The waiter who attended to us,poonam, was friendly. They ensured we were comfortable and addressed our needs promptly. Their attentiveness, patience, knowledge of the menu greatly enhanced our dining experience. 2. Timeliness of Service: The service was slightly and the waiter made sure to refill drinks, provide updates on the order. This made the meal pleasant and smooth.

Breakfast , room service and location was perfect ..good stay .. Especially Ms. Poonam was so cooperative,well mannered and good behaviour..All star given to Poonam for good hospitality.
