Rooms are good with clean washrooms. Specially the shower is amazing and in breakfast I loved the nariyal chutney. Extremely friendly staff and Charlie was also very cute. (Who is charlie? You need to visit for that)

Hotel Stay is okay okay. But i noticed something to be stay my duration. Their first one breakfast start time is 8 am which is need to be start 7 am and is breakfast quality is average. Second one is i have selected executive room but there is no fridge in the room only the fridge space is available. I advised just look into my points i have mentioned . Thanks

the service is excellent very polite staff and loved charlie he is very playful and friendly. raghav and rahul made our check in and checkout very smooth. breakfast is also with plenty of variety and the taste is also subtle and loved the morning breakfast music playlist.

Extremely Disappointing and Unsafe Experience - Avoid This Hotel! I recently stayed at this hotel and had an absolutely terrible experience. First of all, the room I was given was a "twin room," but it came with a major safety issue - one of the doors was locked from the outside! There was absolutely no lock on our side, so I was left terrified at night, wondering if anyone could open that door from the other side. For a hotel that claims to be high-end and expensive, this is completely unacceptable. I couldn't sleep properly due to the fear of being exposed to potential dangers. When I raised this serious concern with the receptionist, Raghav, he was incredibly rude and dismissive. I explained the issue and asked for a room change, but he simply told me, "We have locked the key, don't worry," without offering any real solution or reassurance. When I requested a room change for safety reasons, they flatly denied my request, showing no care for my well-being. On top of all this, the room itself was incredibly cramped - barely any space to move around. For the price I paid, I expected a lot more comfort and security. I've stayed in much better places for far less money, and this place was honestly not worth a penny. If you're looking for a comfortable, safe, and pleasant stay, do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. This hotel should be avoided at all costs!

Not worth for the price (10k+ per night). Twin bed is horrible for single guest. Please avoid. Hotel don't give single king size bed even with request. Only good was restaurant and staff. They deserve appreciation. Reception people need training. Better to avoid this hotel and don't go by Google reviews and MMT suggestions.

Ok for a night's stay or two on work related travel. Room is spacious, clean. AC was a bit busy, but the biggest noise comes from the road - even past midnight heavy vehicles are on the road, so avoid road facing room.

I had a highly disappointing experience at this hotel due to the unprofessional and unethical behavior of the staff. Upon check-in, I was asked to prove my booking, even though I had booked through Goibibo and showed them the confirmation. The check-in process was unnecessarily lengthy. The next morning, I requested an iron and ironing table, which took 20-25 minutes to arrive after multiple calls. While I was using it, the staff called and asked if they could take it back. I informed them I needed a few more minutes and called reception when I was done to ask them to collect it. However, no one came. During breakfast, which was included in my booking, a waiter publicly told me I had to pay for it. This was extremely embarrassing, and I had to show proof of my booking again to resolve the issue. One staff member allowed me to have breakfast, but this incident left me upset. The most shocking part was when I returned to my room and found that the staff had entered using a master key and taken the iron and table without my knowledge or permission. Their justification was that I hadn't pressed the "Do Not Disturb (DND)" button, which is completely unacceptable. My personal belongings were left exposed in the room, and this breach of privacy was both unethical and appalling. No one apologized for these incidents, and I checked out feeling deeply dissatisfied. My advice to potential guests: this hotel is a waste of money, with unprofessional and unethical staff. Avoid it at all costs.

Suggestion for areas of improvement: 1) Restaurant : Requesting to reduce the oil content in most of your Chicken and Mutton dishes. Ex. I ordered Mutton Maratha and I had to return that because of excessive oil. 2) Glass bottle inside rooms: I found some dirt inside when I inverted the bottle. I suggest to thoroughly clean or serve water in plastic bottles.
