My stay at The Fern Hotel was a truly refreshing experience. From the moment I checked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the staff, who made the entire process smooth and welcoming. The hotel had a calm and clean atmosphere, and I immediately appreciated its eco-friendly focus--something that sets it apart from many others I've visited. The room was well-maintained, spacious, and had a cozy yet modern feel. I loved the thoughtful sustainable touches--like biodegradable toiletries and energy-efficient lighting--which made me feel good about my choice to stay there. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I had a peaceful night's sleep without any disturbances. One of the highlights was the food. The breakfast spread was generous, with plenty of fresh options to choose from, catering to a variety of tastes. I also tried dinner at their in-house restaurant and was impressed by the quality and flavor of the dishes. Room service was quick and courteous, which added to the overall comfort. I also appreciated how conveniently located the hotel was. Despite being in the heart of the city, it maintained a quiet and relaxed vibe. It was easy to reach nearby attractions and essential places, which made my trip more efficient and enjoyable.

I am thoroughly impressed with the housekeeping services provided during my stay! The room was immaculately clean and tidy, with every attention to detail. The housekeeping team was friendly especially priyanka , and ensured that I had everything I needed. The turndown service was a lovely touch, and the fresh towels and linens were greatly appreciated. The housekeeping team truly went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Kudos to the entire team!

Nice suit I got for 9K per night , The room was overlooking Turbhe bus depot, so it's not a great scene from the window, but plus the point, it is not staring into the backyard of another building. Room was spacious with a large TV sofa and work desk and then another door opens into bedroom with large double bed and another large screen TV and clean bathroom. This much of space is kind of unseen in midrange / budget hotels in Mumbai .

I'm recently visited this hotel for same personal work. During my stay they're providing me best service and make my stay comfortable. In a breakfast they providing largh buffet. Service staff is very helpful and friendly.

I had a wonderful stay here! I called the hotel around 7 AM to inquire about early check-in, and they mentioned they could try to accommodate me from 11 AM instead of actual check in time of 2 PM. Since I had no option of staying at the airport, I decided to head to the hotel anyway. When I arrived at 9 AM, the staff was incredibly accommodating. They offered me water and made me feel comfortable while I waited. They even asked me to sit down and relax while they prepared my room. The room was comfortable, and the amenities were perfect for a relaxing stay. The breakfast experience was also fantastic, with a great variety of options in the buffet, all delicious. The staff was friendly and attentive throughout my visit. Overall, a great experience, and I would highly recommend.

I had done a booking for 3 rooms before recent national crisis situation...Thereafter we cancelled our entire tour for safety purpose as all our flights were cancelled...i made atleast 7-8 calls,watsapp messages and also mailed it 3 times for refund of booking amount which staff and management agreed upon...but still even after 18 days of cancellation i did not receive my money and they always say our accountant is on leave, and different reasons...so i have to post this with great regret..i frequently visit fern hotels but this was not a pleasant booking experience
