Worst Hotel ever seen ! And they call themself 3 * , lathargic hotel ok ok food

Hotels Room Service is very lethargic, no any room service items given from hotel, (soap, brush colgate, gellete) telephone not working properly at my room staying last 14 days, Break fast menu was repeated twice days continue, non veg menu not added in lunch

Staff is good, Property required upgrade in terms of electric switch boards, bathroom. Non veg should be served in separate table and not in Tuesday

Overall service is good and Mr manav take care very well hotel cust. He is really good care of hdfc emp. But just food is not good and hanging maintain not properly, one cat regularly gone under the kitchen and food teast is not good

There should be lock faclity in wardrobe due to two unknown persons are there. OVERALL EXCELLENT

it was a great experience with alturist hotel kopar Khairane branch.such a peaceful staff. every one staff person verry harmful and co operative in everyday.....

I'm stay in this for 3 day it's feel like I'm in a my own house great hospitality and good behaviour of all staff clean everything

Great service..rooms are clean and neat .. overall we enjoyed alot
