The Altruist Business Hotel Navi Mumbai-1

I stayed at The Altruist Business Hotel, Navi Mumbai for three days with my team, having booked many rooms for our 50 member team, and the experience was nothing short of terrible. The service quality was absolutely pathetic, especially when it came to resolving problems. We faced serious issues with the power and AC systems--power would randomly cut off in the middle of the night in multiple rooms, leaving us in unbearable humidity with mosquitoes all around. It genuinely felt like sleeping on a footpath. Shockingly, there was no technician available at the hotel to fix the problem, and the staff wasn't even bothered much until we started shouting on them. Despite repeated complaints, the issue remained unresolved for 2 hours. At 4 AM, we created a big issue just to be heard. Room cleaning was another disaster. Unless you literally push the staff to clean your room, nothing gets done. The food was another letdown--below average quality and every dish seemed overloaded with artificial food coloring. Overall, this place is far from being a 3-star hotel. Poor service, bad food, and an unprofessional attitude make it one of the worst stays I've had. Strongly advise others to avoid this property.

This hotel was terrible from the start. The lobby smelled bad. My room was dirty there were stains on the bed, mold in the bathroom. The air conditioner was not working properly, and when I told the front desk, they just said, "That's normal." The breakfast was awful. The cereal was old, the milk was warm, and the bread was dry and hard. Don't stay here. It's dirty, noisy, and not worth your money. Hotel supervisor was very rude and arrogant.

I'm extremely disappointed with the subpar service I received. The staff lacked knowledge about the room's equipment, which was frustrating. This made my experience unpleasant and unproductive. I hope they can improve their training and communication. A proper understanding of available resources is crucial for customer satisfaction. I have had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The AC barely works, making it extremely uncomfortable, especially in Mumbai's humid weather. On top of that, the room service is terrible- request are either ignored r take forever to be addressed. There are frequent power cuts, which makes things even worse. Overall, the management seems careless, and the poor room service just adds to the frustration. Definitely not worth money. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone and would never suggest. This has given me the traumatising experience in mumbai, also the food was same everyday and even the staff is not answering for anything, nobody should in this hotel and it should shut down. Worst, pathetic and below the mark. Shame on hotel industry.

Very Pleasant place to stay. Good service. All needs were met. The only downside is when front staff tries to connect with guests on their private social platforms (from their own social platforms and not that of the hotel). This shows a disrespect for patrons privacy (especially since i was there with my fiance and not alone). This kind of behavior should not be allowed.

Great hotel , near the local station of Koparkhairane. Off-line deals are at great value compared to online. They have ample car parking and the breakfast menu is decent enough.

Excellent service. Front office staff were excellent. Checking out last day Mr Bhupendre Singh provided us with breakfast at 5:30am, going out of his way. Rooms were clean and all room service staff were amazing. Thank you

Although the initial rooms were not upto our expectations, they helped us to get the room of our choice once raised our concerns. Overall had a pleasant stay. The staff is available to help as and when necessary. Toiletries should be provided before requesting,
