Sky Suites by Monarch

I stayed for 5 days at Sky Suit Monarch Hotel, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! The hotel is extremely luxurious, with top-class amenities and a very comfortable atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-designed, offering a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. The staff was very polite, helpful, and made sure every need was taken care of. The food was delicious and the service was quick. Overall, Sky Suit Monarch truly made my stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a premium and relaxing experience. Looking forward to visiting again!

Located at Palm Beach Rd, Sector 17, Sanpada, Navi Mumbai. Total top 3 floors i.e. 26th, 27th and 28th floors are utilised of the building for the hotels rooms. Rooms are neat and clean. Staffs are also supporting and co-operative. Outside Views from rooms are extraordinary. Requested them to provide a chair table for office, however they have not provided the same. Rooms service for foods are pathetic. Foods are served After 1 hour 15 minutes later. Overall experience was good.

We recently stayed at sky suites by monarch hotel for my wedding. The deluxe room have great view of sea and the city view. Even few of the executive rooms have good view. The food is really tasty and non spicy. It takes some time to prepare the food though you might have to remind the staff multiple times if you are ordering food in room. The hotel manager Dipesh is very helpful. He provided us early checkin and late checkout. The location is good. There is Chandan banquet , zudio, diY and atrangi sky lounge near by. Backside of the hotel has many food options.

The staff is very polite and humble, making the experience even more pleasant. The food quality is good, and the location is easily accessible. A very bad experience. We had booked rooms 3 months prior to my brother's wedding and were informed the rooms would be on the same floor, including 2 deluxe rooms and 8 executive rooms. But on the date of the wedding, the rooms we were allotted were on different floors and my brother was given a semi-deluxe room instead of deluxe. We had also informed while booking that we would need extra mattresses, but we had come late from the sangeet function and asked for mattress, the staff said they don't have any extra mattress. The reception staff was really rude to me and when I told him I would give him a bad review, he replied you can do whatever you want but he can't arrange the mattresses. We got the mattresses at 4 am and had to wake up at 8 am for functions. We barely got any sleep.

Had great stay with awesome room and beautiful view. Amit Tiwari at front desk was very helpful with specific requests to make our stay comfortable. Will stay again in future. Recommended for quality and location.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. At check-in, I was given a final amount, which was also noted on the check-in form. However, at checkout, I was suddenly asked to pay 1000 extra without any valid reason. The receptionist was rude, unprofessional, and refused to justify the additional charge. The rooms were low-grade, poorly maintained, and had a horrible stench. The bedding and furniture were old and unclean, making the stay uncomfortable. The restaurant was equally disappointing--slow service, unprofessional staff, and overpriced food that didn't match the quality. Overall, this hotel is not worth the high charges. Hidden extra fees, rude staff, and substandard rooms make it a place to avoid. I regret booking this hotel and would never recommend it to anyone looking for a decent stay.

It was a greatfull experience of 5 days in hotel. All services was best. Outside view seeing from hotel was beautiful. The food was great and delicious.
