Silver Oak By Bay Hotels

Visited for our anniversary (10-11 May 2025). The resort looks beautiful and the rooms were okay, with good food quality. However, the menu was very limited, food was overpriced, and breakfast had few options with no proper dining space. Overall, not worth the hype--looks good in photos but disappointing in reality. Would not recommend.

This property is located in Uran gaon. It is super clean. Very calm and very nice place. I am for sure going back. Their in-house restaurant serves delicious food. Has ample car parking. Their swimming pool is super clean and has perfect depth. Amazing place and must visit.

However, there were instances where the staff were not readily available at the reception, which could be improved for better guest service. Food: The food at the resort was a mixed bag. The pasta dishes were particularly tasty, but some other items were average in quality. Unfortunately, this inconsistency led to some stomach issues during my stay. Overall, while the retreat has potential with its beautiful location and decent facilities, it could benefit from more attentive staff and consistent food quality to enhance the guest experience.

It was one of the most amazing stays that i have ever been to, it is exactly how it looks in the pictures, the place is neat and clean, just if the toilets could be a lill more cleaner it would have been great. The food is amazing and the service is also top notch. Overall loved the stay.

The pool area, dining space, cottages were particularly impressive. Whether I was lounging by the pool with a refreshing drink or enjoying a delicious meal at their krabi restaurant, every moment felt like a step further into relaxation. Silver Oak offers a perfect escape for those seeking tranquility and rejuvenation without venturing too far from Mumbai. The combination of its idyllic setting and the outstanding hospitality makes it a truly special place. I left feeling completely recharged and am already looking forward to my next visit to this tropical haven in Uran. Highly recommended..!!!

Place is in village, Staff is very Slow regarding Servces. You was charge for Restaurant like 7 star resort but it category is 2 star resort . NO ACTIVITIES NOT FOR FAMILY . Only for couples. They have facing Big issue with electricity also they don't have back for same. In 2 hours minimum 20 time electricity come & go at the time of approx 7pm to 9 pm .Moring Breakfast they given Breakfast with no test it is like ok . Very much have to upgrade your Services, No Test of food .No ACTIVATIES. IF YOU GET BETTER DEAL ALSO I WILL NOT GO SECOND TIME. AT THE TIME OF CHECKNOUT I HAVE REQUEST FOR 3 TIMES FOR luggage take out but no one come for take luggage . I have Do self Services. IIf you like self Services than you can go other wise avoid this resort it is not resort proper .

Our stay at SILVER OAK BY BAY LUXE was phenomenal. We had visited a week back. From the stunning views to the top-notch service, everything exceeded our expectations. The room was beautiful, the food was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Whether you're relaxing by the pool or enjoying the fantastic detox, this resort has it all. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a luxurious, yet laid-back getaway. Can't wait to return!

A good weekend getaway. The cleanliness standards are above average and the staff is really nice. Food here is good along with a good service. The location is a little far and isolated. Having your own vehicle should be preferred.
