Unprofessional Staff! Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever encountered. The staff was unbelievably rude, unhelpful, and treated me like I was a burden for even asking a simple question. No basic courtesy, no willingness to help - just eye rolls and cold responses. It felt like they went out of their way to be unpleasant. If management doesn't care about how customers are treated, it really shows in how the staff behaves. I will never be returning and would strongly advise others to avoid this place unless you enjoy being disrespected. Pathetic.

I Checked in at this hotel on 08th of march at midnight 3 am wherein my check in time was at 12pm at afternoon , for 9 hours they charge me 1600 extra. On 8th march i booked one more room for my another guest and they charged 1800 , i continue the room that i booked for 8th march till 10th march and checked out from the room that i booked my another guest on 9th march . On 9th march at 11:30 hotel manger called me and asked that if i want to continue stay or check out , i told him very clearly one room will check out in few minutes and i will continue my stay for my own room , he said okay and he called again in another few minutes saying sir 1 room mai 4 guest allowed nahi hai , since my guest and i were doing breakfast in my room since they check out from their room , i went down to pay the money , and hotel manger charged me more 400 and said check out time was at 11am aur apne 12:30 ko check out kiya , he literally said ki tumko pehle hi bhaga dena chaiye tha , he use abusive words in front of whole hotel staff. All the reviews are fake on google and other booking platform

Very bad service not suggest to our Kia company In recipetion person shouting me when asking something for service but he is argued on it so don't go this hotel, Also Rooms are not good

Rooms are bit small in size for the price, but the service and cleanliness is good. Can be better. South Indian breakfast option is available, Tomato Onion Uttapam is very good here.

Nice place to stay away from city traffic and noise in quite industrial area of MIDC. Comfortable rooms and good service.

It is one of the perfect budget hotels in the area , it's a new property and the owner and staff are very well mannered and polite. Had a four day stay , it was very comfortable.
