Sapphire Boutique Hotel

I had a comfortable and pleasant stay at Sapphire Boutique Hotel. The hotel is hygienic, well-maintained, and offers all the essential facilities. The rooms are neat, clean, and ideal for solo travelers or corporate stays. The breakfast was delicious and satisfying, adding a nice touch to the overall experience. One minor downside is the bathroom size, which might feel a bit compact if you're taller than 6'2". Location-wise, it's in the heart of Navi Mumbai, making it convenient to reach nearby places. There are several coffee shops close by, including Starbucks, Third Wave Coffee, and fast-food chains like McDonald's and Burger King. For those who enjoy North Indian cuisine, Kake Da Hotel (famous from Connaught Place, Delhi) is also nearby. Overall, I had a great experience and would gladly choose this hotel again for my future work trips. Rating: 4.4 out of 5

Small, congested rooms with small bathrooms, tight fit for a couple, better suited for singles. Located opposite D-Mart so easy to navigate, but no parking space and entrance is to the side of the hotel. No central conditioning in the corridors, so feels stuffy especially when coming out of rooms or coming in from outdoors. No mini fridge in rooms, but kettle and tea and coffee sachets provided. No indoor activities provided with no pool. Breakfast spread was average with just 2 nonveg options, good thing was the variety so everyday there would be new items. Staff was cooperative and helpful, which is a positive.

A very poor hotel at the cost of equal to Star hotels... they behaviour of the staffs, rooms, hospitality are completely poor... The rules speaking staffs are comparing with star hotels but the hospitality is not even the underrated lodges. Completely unhappy and I'll never recommend this hotel to any one. It's not a hotel, it's a lodge...

This hotel is located at a very prime location, perfect to stay during business visits. The rooms are small but clean and well maintained. They have an in house restaurant and a conference room. No other amenities. The check in process was smooth. The prices were reasonable considering the location. Plenty of restaurants, pubs, cafes closeby. There is a Dmart right across the street. Only setback was that the rooms are not sound proof. The noise from the road and the neighbouring rooms are pretty loud. The complimentary breakfast served was very tasty. Wifi connectivity was good. Overall a decent stay.

I stayed in suite room and it was quite good-clean. The food was decent with okay variety. Overall a pleasant experience and good value for the stay.

My friend inspired me book this place. Enjoying peaceful stay so far. The best service is everything we get here. I also wanted to mention Pratiksha in Front office answers the call for every help required. She says give me 2 mins and with a min she gets the job done and ensure your request is done. Best experience in all facilities, Staff behaviour is very nice and highly helpful and cooperative, Food is very tasty like home made, Banquet facility is also superb. I am here from last days , my experience is wonderful. i am very thankful to Boutique sapphire for their superb service. Specially Pravin ji , commendable service.

The room service and food at this hotel were excellent. The location was convenient for Uber access. I especially want to commend the front office staff, Mr. Sachin and Mr. Praveen, for their kindness and prompt assistance with all our needs.
