This hotel is indeed a hidden paradise with comprehensive amenities. The attention to detail in each aspect of the experience truly sets it apart.I had the best experience at royal tulip. Their exceptional hospitality, elegant rooms, and safe and secure environment were the best parts. Thank you so much for making my trip memorable.From the moment I reached , the staff welcomed me a complimentary drink. The best thing was its efficient check-in/check-out process, which left me thoroughly impressed.

The hotel staff is extremely sweet and co-operative. I had an amazing stay. The hotel is well maintained and rooms are spacious too. I would highly recommend this place to my friends and family. Overall it was a good experience.

The staff is extremely polite and courteous. Their service is exemplary. The food was great.The rooms are very nice with a cozy atmosphere. Overall it was a wonderful experience. If you are planning to book I would say go for it. I am sure you will have a good experience just like us.

Disappointed Stay - Even the Basics Weren't Working I'm genuinely surprised and disappointed that a hotel of this standard couldn't even provide a basic necessity like a working air conditioner. In a place where comfort should be a priority, it's unacceptable to have to deal with such an issue, especially when you're paying for a premium experience. Extremely Disappointed - Not Worth the Hype This hotel proudly throws around all the technical hotel terms--EP, CP, and every acronym they can find--to make it sound like a true five-star experience. But don't be fooled by the jargon. It's currently 1:12 AM and I'm wide awake while a technician tries to fix the air conditioner in my room. Yes, in the middle of the night. For a place claiming luxury standards, this is unacceptable. If you're expecting the comfort and service of a real five-star property, I strongly recommend you look elsewhere. This stay has been anything but restful or premium.

Good hotel with tasty food. They have provided a complementary cake as 1st of January is my daughter's birthday. Staff of the hotel was very helpful. Raj kumar and |ms Siddhi and crew was very helpful while having the breakfast. Thank you ms Herline for arranging a tasty cake for my daughter. Recommend this hotel to anyone.

Average - from minibar to air conditioning. Pillows to mattresses, things aren't good. Right now I'm trying to|Get air conditioning fixed at near md night. Overall a bad experience . I had to move to another room hoping to improve things but to no avail. Staff is good and is trained for hospitality but are limited by policies

Rooms are clean & hygienic, touch of luxury exists. Service on the other hand is a bit too loose.. there was an issue with the ac, even after calling the room service it wasn't taken care of. Anyhow the rooms are specious & clean

Detailed Review of Royal Tulip, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai: A Disappointing Luxury Experience I recently stayed at Royal Tulip, Kharghar, expecting a five-star luxury experience. While the grand facade and elegant interiors initially set high expectations, the overall experience was underwhelming due to average food, missing facilities, and inconsistent service. Ambience & First Impressions (4/5) As I approached the hotel, the exterior looked impressive, giving off an aura of sophistication and grandeur. The lobby was well-designed, with chandeliers, polished floors, and plush seating, creating an inviting first impression. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff at the reception was professional and welcoming. However, despite the elegant decor, some areas of the hotel felt poorly maintained. Certain corners of the property showed signs of wear and tear, and the lighting in the hallways was dim, giving off a slightly dull vibe. Room & Comfort (3.5/5) However, there were noticeable flaws that affected the overall comfort: * Bathroom Issues: The bathroom door showed signs of damage, and the toiletries provided were minimal. The water pressure in the shower was inconsistent, making bathing an unpleasant * Housekeeping Delays: While the room was clean upon arrival, the housekeeping service was slow and inconsistent. On one occasion, I had to call twice to get fresh towels, which was frustrating. Food & Dining (2.5/5) One of the biggest letdowns of my stay was the food quality. Despite being a luxury hotel, the dining experience was far from impressive. Breakfast Buffet The breakfast spread was decent in terms of variety, but the taste was mediocre at best. Some of the items were cold, and the bread section felt stale. The live counter for eggs and dosas took a long time to serve orders, and the staff seemed overwhelmed with requests. Room Service & Restaurant Dining I ordered dinner via room service, expecting a premium meal, but the food was bland and overpriced. The paneer dish lacked seasoning, and the dal tasted like something from a canteen rather than a five-star kitchen. The portion sizes were also smaller than expected, making it poor value for money. Facilities & Amenities (2.5/5) Despite advertising itself as a luxury hotel, Royal Tulip lacked several essential facilities or had them in subpar condition: * Swimming Pool: The pool looked inviting at first glance, but upon closer inspection, the water was not properly maintained. The area also lacked adequate seating, making it difficult to relax. * Fitness Center: The gym was small and poorly equipped, with several machines out of order. The air conditioning was weak, making workouts uncomfortable. * Wi-Fi Connectivity: The internet was slow and unreliable, making it difficult for business travelers or anyone needing a stable connection. * Service & Hospitality (3/5) The staff members were polite and courteous, but there were clear service inefficiencies: * Room service was slow, with food taking longer than expected to arrive. * Housekeeping was inconsistent, with delayed responses to requests. * The restaurant staff seemed overwhelmed, struggling to attend to guests during peak hours. While individual staff members were friendly, the overall coordination was lacking, making service feel disorganized and slow. Value for Money (2.5/5) Considering the premium pricing, the experience did not justify the cost. The missing facilities, lackluster food, and inconsistent service made it poor value for money. There are better five-star hotels in Navi Mumbai that offer a more refined experience for the same price.
