Ramya Residency

I stayed there for 3 nights at the end of February. If you need a reasonably priced place to stay in a quiet area of Navi Mumbai, Rama Residency is a good choice. You can park your car safely in front of the hotel or in the locked car park, the staff are friendly and the room is clean. The hotel is located just 50 meters from the main road, quiet place and easily accessible. Recommendation - put kettles in the rooms.

Neat and clean Hotel, located on main road. Staff are good, we ordered some food items, food was also good. Parking are available in front of Hotel, no needs to worries about your vehicle, guard is available. Rooms and bathroom are well maintained. Beds are comfort, go for it.

Rooms are good. But they have hidden charges for everything. They won't tell at the time of giving that thing like: extra bed, dental kit. Hidden charges are okay but they should inform their customers that this thing is chargeable and charges are xyz. Generally no hotel charges for dental kit and complementary water bottle.

Very poor service, every single thing you need to ask, no water kept no glasses kept, no proper toiletries. After ordering veg food and waiting for 1 hour we get non veg food served and after waiting a lot we got our original order that too it was not at all good, was not prepared fresh and was having a bad smell in it and after returning the order they were expecting us to pay for that rotten food.A complete waste of money!

Accommodation at affordable rates. Neat and tidy rooms. Though restaurant not available, food will be served as per your order. Lamp has to be provided for mirror in room No.101. Also, some table or rack should be provided to keep the luggage.

The rooms are good, clean and have nice bathroom. There was some issue with our booking as we booked deluxe but they cooperated and upgraded our room as per our booking without much hassle. The down points are mosquitos are rampant and they seem to resist all out very well. Plus the complimentary breakfast is a sham. They provide a fix breakfast of a bowl of either poha or upma and bread butter with tea or coffee. If you like neither well too bad. There is no alternative provision. Bread butter was always smelly and so we avoided it. But poha was okayish. Overall it's a good option if you get for around 1800, but don't fall in the trap and upgrade to 3000 rs room with complimentary breakfast. As you will feel it's not worth it. A few of our friends stayed at nearby places for around 1800 and that is a good deal

Do not stay at the hotel. Room quality is ok but service is very poor. The restaurant is not available, and a dedicated parking space is not available. At night 12.30 PM they called me to remove the vehicle from the parking They are also not providing printed bill.
