Ramada by Wyndham Navi Mumbai

This was the first stay over here in Ramada which was fabulous. We really enjoyed the stay. It was a family stay. The food stay everything was fabulous. Specially the food was sumptuous. |Also the reception people were very polite specially Mampi. Thanks to her for smooth check out...will visit again

Had an awesome stay at the hotel. I was there for business and the overall experience was great - from checking, where they told me I have been upgraded, and what a huge room it was. Found all staff very helpful and smiling always. Came back late in the evening quite hungry, the manager Mr Sonu at their a la carte restaurant was so helpful. There was nothing they could not provide that I asked, I ordered from their next two days and all the food was great. Overall a pleasant stay and would return back to the hotel when I'm there next

Great facilities..well appointed rooms...immaculate cleanliness...refreshing aroma in corridors..attractive glass bound elevator. |Reception is welcoming and efficient effective customer satisfaction. |The restaurants have ample choice of healthy vegetarian and non vegetarian spread. |The occasion was the 90th birthday celebration of our college principal....the best takeawaywas the innovativepersonalised cakes.....photosattached.starting with light snacks..beverages..awesome sprawling halls..fantastic seating and stage arrangements..latest audio video system..podium..excellent hospitality oriented staff...The function just was perfect in the setting. Watermelon juice plaiting was superb.Buffet lunch had 6 starters..salads..papads..my delight was vegetarian kofta curry..dal tadka..wheatdesserts of caramel custard..gajar halwa just melted in the mouth.| Other facilities of restrooms parking and additional help by samiska to keep cake boxes in principal s car is worth a mention. The leadership reflects a wow feeling in customer experience and great you attitude. |Will visit again soon.

We had visited the property with friends & my toddler. The facilities were superb. The rooms were spacious & the food was superb. The cleanliness is up to the mark. The property is quite & pleasant. It's worth the stay. One of good property in Navi Mumbai.

Stayed at Ramada for a week. Room was good, breakfast was great, location was slightly inconveniente as it is within a business park, little away from the main road. Good for a business trip but for a family holiday nothing much to do withing and around the place. While cheking out left I pad charger in the room by mistake. Called the reception 3-4 times they never called back or found the lost item. So make sure you do not forget your stuff

Stayed there as part of a wedding group. The room was great. Super neat, and ample tissues and water bottles. Best part was the buffet spread for all three meals. And service was great. Always helping with a smile. Check in and check out was smooth. Thanks so much to all the staff.

We did group booking for five guest for 5 nights (3 guest) and 4 nights ( 2 guest) from 6-10 April. Today ( 10 April )at the time of the check out room #714. Front office staff told Check out date is 11 April. We requested a check out on 10 April and he did. When We asked for a one day refund, he mentioned our reservation team and our travel agent will connect for refund.Post my travel agent told us hotel refused for refund. Hotel said we should inform 48 Hours before check out which was not told to us at time of check out else we will not check out because our International flight was early morning 11 April. Really unhappy the way it was handle by the staff. Atleast 50% refund should be given.Else room was good, hotel food was excellent. Before we use stay this hotel.Near by no other such hotel so we are force to stay here.

Very spacious rooms. Have a beautiful view as well. Comfortable seating arrangements to work or just chill. Food is next level.
