Payal hotel is best for family and friends Hi is luxury rooms... And I am also stay in 2 days Hi is also good and good for family . Room is. Neat and clean..staff is also good .Any way provide to room.. Hot water. Free wifi Including breakfast morning Tea and coffee also Family stay is very very good this hotel. Left is also working properly and all rooms air conditioners is good working...

The room is of very poorly maintained, there were cockroaches everywhere! The ac was on the entire day but there were no cooling! The bed and pillow was of very poor quality! The service was appreciable.

Had a great experience at Payal Hotel. The accommodation were really great, near and clean. The staff were well behaved and helpful. Everything there was according to our necessity and we were happy with the service. Thank you so much

Hotel is ok no hai elevator is very small bathroom bath tub is not clean ac water droping on bed no have kettel in the room bathroom have no soap shampoo dental kit.

It is the most pathetic hotel one can imagine. Lifts never work, and when u ask him why.... He is abusive. Breakfast only one limited bowl that too sub standard. A/c wont work

- Hotel and accommodation was okay... - Very less parking space... Only 2 or 3 cars can park but not more than that else need to park near road side.. - Locality is good... - Accomodation charges are quite high. - Staff was cooperative but the one in the counter was not polite. - There are many rooms with small and large in size..It was clean before checkin - bathroom door of one of the room was not proper and needed to fix it - Hot water was even available at night and early morning as well. This was quite surprising for us as in many hotels, no hot water available specially at night or early morning due to solar equipment - Food quality at restaurant was nice as expected. Overall experience was good and would recommend for one day stay. Only the staff who worked at counter need to be polite and professional. Hope management would look into it and resolve this as earliest.

700m away from railway station , family rooms are very small not very comfortable, veg restaurants are nearby , ac and tv weren't working , bedsheets were bit torn , Rooms were costly . If you want to stay near station... better options are available
