I had ordered for a biriyani which tasted awesome, specially made by their master chef Deepak. Even on top of that, Waitress Ranu Sharma's hospitality & service was a cherry on the cake. She was sweet ,cheerful and happy to help always. However there are few other aspects that needs mention. I had a booking recently in March 2025 and was allotted Room. 206. I had a two day booking and had paid around Rs. 5300/-. Here are the detailed review of other aspects- Wifi-I could not use wifi for 1.5days. First day , I brought this to the notice of the reception and was told there was some problem with the LAN which will be repaired by evening. But all through out till next day, there was no wifi. After again notifying on the next day, I was offered another room for another half a day. So poor service in this regard. Room-The lobby of Room 206 looked like an arrangement from an apocalypse movie. Nasty looking rusty sofas adorning the lounge of Room 206. Cleanliness is sub-par. Torn & stained bed sheets with leaking taps in bathroom. Price- Exorbitant if you compare with other alternatives. Location-It is great. Transportation is accessible. Autostand is just on the opposite side. Food-Good. Hospitable staff in the restaurant . Taste is good and prices are reasonable. Overall, if you compare the price and services they offer, one should first look for alternatives and then look into this hotel. Lot of marketting on the internet but ground reality is not that impeccable. Regards.

I visited Pallavi Avida for lunch and had a great experience. The food was delicious, well-prepared, and served fresh. The service was excellent--A special mention to Ranu Sharma, whose friendly and welcoming attitude made the visit even more enjoyable. Hi Pallavi Avida team, Been here today for lunch with my guests. I am really happy to host lunch here especially with the support of Ms. Ranu who helped us throughout the lunch with our orders. It was overall a good experience. The suggestions provided for starters, ghee roast was delicious. I really appreciate the efforts from the staff who contributed to serves us.

Room was good and cleaning is done properly. Room service was even better. Food is just top notch and our server Sadik is was always on time plus he is well mannered. The location feels a little secluded. Although there are shops but it isn't bustling with activity.

Reception greets customers everytime when we meet. And also treats very humblly. Service is good. Dining, Laundry, Press, Room service, etc. Mr. Sadik is very nice guy who helped me for my meals. I followed him what is nice to me.

We had our lunch in Ikka restaurant The food was great and the service provided by Rano Sharma was amazing. She was very understanding and provided great suggestions as well. We had ordered chicken lollipop which was freshly made and the chicken chrispy was too delicious. For main we order Hyderabadi biryani and Masaledar chicken was too tempting and amazing. Over all I would give 9.5 out of 10. Will come soon back again.
