OYO 30270 Swaraj Lodge Inn

The receptionist was very rude and aggressive when communicating with customers. I do not recommend this place. I'd say pay more elsewhere if you have to, but don't get involved with the receptionist and other staff.

I'm writing this review out of utter disappointment. We had made bookings here 2months back via Booking.com based on planned dates and also confirmed it 2days before coming but still they forced us to cancel the booking at last moment as they told it was full. It was 2am in the morning and we were left stranded in a stranger city. Quite a night it was. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. Please find a better place.

Very bad experience.. No remote for ac and not working properly. And we can't sleep properly because of loud music sounds from bar in the under of rooms.

Over all good place, very nit and clean, testy food serv.

Very illiterate people Not even allowed to checkout at 12 1 our extra will also be chargeable Very rude, pathetic & stupid staff including the manager. My mistake, I had better expectations

Good service, super location as very near to panvel station useful for single overnight affordable stay to catch early morning trains as its just 5 to 7 minutes walking distance from railway station , fast food restaurant near by at affordable price, co operative staff

Place was good but was not up to the mark staff was good rooms were average no dustbins to throw the waste parking facility was not proper. TV plays only free channels which are limited space was average.. just parking, TV and dustbin created problm other wise I would have given 5 stars but giving 4 stars..

I was disappointed with the policies of OYO because of which we were not allowed to check-in. No where in the policy while making booking it was mentioned that in a single room there will be unequal number of male and female. We three cousins made an emergency booking but was denied on the same grounds. We were made to wait on a fake promise for more than 30 mins and even after speaking with the property manager and customer care executive at the end were asked to make booking for 2 rooms to which we didn't agreed and were denied booking. Disappointed both with the reception as well as from the OYO. Kindly from future make your rules and policies more clear and straightforward so that travellers like us don't face any issue even after booking at late hours.
