OYO 1781 Hotel Panchratna

The location is good but the rooms are too over priced . No towels , No toiletries, loads of mosquitos , beds are so uncomfortable. Food is decent . The pictures they have put in their website is only deluxe rooms . Other rooms are worst. I don't recommend this hotel for stay.

Worst experience 1. When i went for check-in Receptionist says you should have paid directly. Do not pay through oyo which i already had. 2. Room given was nothing like in pic. Misleading. 3.Not clean, used scotch glass was over the bed, floor was dirty, washroom not cleaned, 4.doors all damaged, phone was not working. Switches was not proper and hanging outside the wall- unsafe, 5. washroom taps leaking, no channels on tv. No complimentary water bottle. 3. I complained and got another room but same problems there . 4. I ordered their food which was not That good and food delivery person was rude. I booked through oyo. Oyo sadly in Mumbai area is poorly managed. I m going with other booking apps now. Oyo booking id- TBMT7851

Very bad experience with the hotel nit clean room not clean washroom as well and room are not like as shown in picture and the food was werst i book room on agoda cost around 1500 and contact property for early checkin no cost extra added but when i reach at morning they ask n to pay 2200 very bad experience and bever suggest to anyone about that hotel

I had a really bad experience at Hotel Super collection O Panchratna, and I'm very disappointed with OYO for allowing such poor service. When I arrived, the staff at the reception was rude and told me I couldn't check in before time until I paid extra rupees 500, even though I booked through OYO. They even said that OYO misleads people and that I should book directly with the hotel next time. The room was nothing like the pictures on the OYO app and Not worth even rupees 200. It was dirty, with the cigarette butts on the floor, cockroaches on the bed, and he TV was broken. The bathroom wasn't clear either. When I asked for a room change, the second room they gave me was worse. There was no curtains, black waster was coming from the taps, and the whole room smelled terrible. I am very shocked that OYO lets this hotel stay on their platform even after looking at the so many similar negative reviews. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. OYO, Please do something abut this - My ID was - GIBF3861

The service is not good, there is no room cleaning, there is AC but water is leaking from the AC, there is no phone facility in the room, please do not take your family there.

Very bad experience. Booked from oyo. Demanding extra money. Mosquito and insect on bed. Washbasin was choked.

Rooms are very small ,congested. Old style hotel and pricing is comparatively higher with respect to the hotel room and services. Little far from railway station and bus station.
