I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Firstly, there was no proper accommodation or waiting area for drivers, which made things very inconvenient for us. A hotel of this level should have at least basic facilities for drivers, especially for guests traveling long distances. Additionally, there was ongoing maintenance work throughout our stay, causing a lot of noise and disturbance. It felt like we were staying at a construction site rather than a hotel. The management did not inform us about this in advance, which was quite frustrating. Overall, the experience was far from relaxing. I wouldn't recommend this place unless they improve their facilities and ensure a more comfortable stay for all guests.

Service at hotel is horrible, staff hardly respond to your ask, need to remind them multiple times (min 5 times for a tooth brush paste or shaving kit). If there is a group booking of 50, the regular guests and the group will have to dine bf together where neither you can place to sit nor food to eat since most gets over. Its recommended to have separate dinner area for group and regular guests as there is separate building for the group stay itself.

I've been a regular visitor to Monday Hotels, and I appreciate their good service and clean, tidy rooms. The stay is generally comfortable, and the atmosphere is pleasant. However, the staff's professionalism could be improved, although they are friendly and attentive. The main issue I've encountered is with the air conditioning. Despite multiple complaints, the AC never seems to work properly, which has been a significant struggle during my stays. If they could address this maintenance issue, it would greatly enhance the overall experience. I hope to see improvements in the future!

Well we checked in last night around 10pm, as today morning while checking out they lost our ID's (which was kept in in the same drawer which the receptionist people checked thrice for more than 20 min) & asked us to mentioned the address so that they could send us the ID's. The whole mess cost more than 20 min but primarily it clearly indicates the how staff handles documentation. Rest everything including location, rooms etc. is good. Staff need to be trained professionally.

It was an amazing stay. 1. The room is very spacious and well maintained. 2. Location is easily accessible and quiet from city rush. 3. Prices are fair enough. TALKINGABCDRAWBACKS, 1. The marketing manager / supervisor has less communication or handover to the receptionist. After making the payment, calls are received saying about dues and lack of coordination is evident in their conversations. 2. The receptionist doesn't have an idea about in house restaurant and their standard procedures. 3. TV doesn't support Netflix, YouTube, or casting Over all stay was good except from these points.

Don't judge a book by it's cover. Building from outside looks like a European style. Inside its very bad. Don't go through paid review. There is no negative star option to select. This property charges very high and provide low class service. Lot of fluctuations in wifi. Food in street side is far better. Toilets are stinking and balcony is utter waste. No cleanliness. Staff behaviour is very worst. I regret to book this hotel. Paying 500 rupees is also a waste for this hotel.

I came here to conduct a training program. Halls inside the hotel premises were good for a small gathering of 20 people. However they arrange larger halls in the nearby vicinity ( just a few meters away). Food was Ok. The rooms were big but average. Staff behaviour was good. The locality is inside the industrial area and its suitability depends upon your needs.

The rooms here are just ok but 1. I am not sure what kind of air refresher they use in hotel, the air refresher smell made me not able to breathe properly. 2. Pillows and blankets were like somebody slept before me or not washed before I checked-in. 3. The hotel is pretty much like haunted hotel or old hotel with little of renovation. As the smell of the air refresher smell was so bad, I had to move to other hotel after check-in.
