Cockroach in dining area. Rooms are not clean. Very bad and smelly rooms

I had a great stay for 9 days and it was absolutely fantastic experience with good compact hotel rooms and Good dinner experience in XO cafe. The best part of the Stay is timely hospitality and cleanliness. The staff was super polite and helpful. Especially one Mr. Baharul Alam was very helpful with immediate assistance and guidance on the hospitality part. Surely I recommend people to stay here. The only missing point was there is no Swimming pool and on many websites they mentioned it. Rest everything is fine.

It has been a cherishing experience to be over here. We were here for a wedding function and the hospitality we received was great. The food from the hotel taste's great. The hotel has number of amenities. The structure of building from inside was a civil engineer's delight. Overall it was a wonderful experience to visit this place, especially during monsoon. It offers a serene view of the mountains as well as nearby areas.

The room was very comfortable and big in size. Hotel is also having small gymnasium. The biggest advantage of this hotel is the height of the hotel as it is located on top floor. I am only concerned for 1 things that the rooms with starting range or basic is having no window. So be concern if your prefer natural lighting. Overall cleaning and food wise good hotel.

I took their executive room which is the best they could offer. Room was spacious but smelling like old mattress was kept for years. Light was not sufficient. Staffs are good and supportive. Food is good and reasonably priced. Nice location and views. Would recommend more cleaning and sanitation in bedroom.

Average place with average food quality and ambience. We had gone for one our office send off party. No one knew about it from friends working in the same vicinity as hotel when we tried to find out feedback about it. Not popular even though being in reliable IT park with so much business scope

I can say its a superb 3 star or an average 4 star. 2 negative is location of hotel and late night food order. 2 positive is friendly staff and superb view( mountain on one side and city light on other) . we got cozy after snacks n wine. it also has bar that is open till 10pm. Good for family n great for couples.

The place is good for stay only if you have office inside building otherwise every time you go out you have to tell security that I'm staying in hotel and they ask for id card, it little bit frustrating. Hotel is okay to stay for short duration and having it on 10th floor makes it little good and bad . As you get the good view from that place but going upto 10 with having lots of companies on lower ground makes it less worthy because it stops on many floors for people and it don't feel like hotel more like a company.
